Thank you for continuing to choose Seascape Resort over the years, and we're truly sorry this particular stay fell so short of what you've come to expect. Losing sleep night after night because of noise from the unit above is exhausting and completely unacceptable, we take that seriously and will be looking into it even though the guest above was not in a unit that we manage.

Loved the resort, condo wasn’t bad but could have been better

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay but the condo could use some improvements. The sinks got stopped up, AC didn’t cool as we would have liked it to since we were advised to only leave it on 72. Only light in the 2nd bedroom was a lamp. Washer/dryer combo didn’t work as needed. Couldn’t get the clothes to dry. Everything else was great.

Thank you for the honest feedback — glad to hear you had a great overall stay! We're sorry for the maintenance issues you ran into: the stopped-up sinks, the AC not cooling as expected at the 72° setting, the limited lighting in the second bedroom, and the washer/dryer not drying clothes properly. We'll get these looked at and addressed so future guests don't run into the same problems.
