After a great beach day, the best summer evenings will be spent watching the burgers grill and kids splashing in the pool. The private pool ranges from 2ft-to-5ft depth and the overall size is appx 10x14 ft. Outdoor showers and wash station for after the beach refreshing. This home provides outdoor sun-decks, picnic areas, shaded lounging areas, too. THERE IS AN EXTERIOR CAMERAS WITH SOUND AT THIS PROPERTY.

This beachy & bright multi-level home is filled with coastal decor & accent pieces throughout. Your reservation includes all bed & bath linens, beds freshly made upon arrival, & departure cleaning. Guests receive a small "starter kit" of paper products (t-paper & paper towels) bath soaps, & dishwasher packets - just enough to have handy until you can make the grocery store list of things you need. Of course, FREE Wi-Fi for streaming & games.

Ground Floor has a small family room w/ Queen sleeper sofa (owner provides foam topper for the sleeper). Comfortable seating w/ flat screen tv, plus access to the covered car port & outdoor showers & back yard. This level also has a furnished deck w/ picnic table, umbrella, adirondack chairs, bench seating & lounge chairs for the whole group to take in the summer breezes. An outdoor shower is well-furnished with 2 shower heads, sink & toilet for easy access from the pool.

First floor (upstairs) is an open floor plan w/ living room, kitchen & dining area (seating for 6, plus 2 barstools), & an additional sun room with small love seat. Large sectional seating with a flat screen tv for family nights. The kitchen is well equipped with a large pantry, too. A Queen bedroom is located on this first floor with direct bathroom access (shower only/NO tub) but also (shared with downstairs).

Second Floor is three additional bedrooms -- 2 Queen bedrooms w/ a shared balcony and shared full bathroom (tub/shower combo). Both bedrooms have flat screen tv's. The master bedroom w/ King bed & private bath w/ jacuzzi tub, double vanity is complete with it's own private, comfortably furnished balcony. Stackable washer/dryer located on this floor.

Barefoot Landing is only 3 miles away & a crowd-pleaser along the Intracoastal Waterway in beautiful nature setting with the fun & excitement of shopping, dining, entertainment & special events for the family. Alligator Adventure will thrill kids of all ages with alligator feedings, reptile shows, & 11 acres of wildlife. Alabama Theater offers live theater productions (seasonal shows) with talent nothing short of Broadway! The Carolina Opry & Pirates Voyage both have great family oriented shows.
