The Space:

Kitchen Essentials: We provide basic dinnerware, pots, and pans. Please note that cooking basics (oils, salt, pepper) and chopsticks are not included.

Age Requirement: Primary guests must be at least 25 years of age.

Non-Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. A $500 restoration fee applies for any violations.

Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations.
