NOTE - This property is mainly a weekend home for the owners and their family. This is not a full time dedicated long term rental. Please understand that the family may have storage areas for their personal items for when they are here. 30+ Day minimum rental required.
No loud music, screaming or yelling. Please be respectful of your noise level always. Sounds travels near the water, so please gauge your noise levels.

Additional Property Rules:

No smoking – Absolutely no smoking inside the house. (We do allow cigarettes and cigars outside on the deck area only. Please use an ash tray and DO NOT EMPTY in garbage’s in the house.)

No illegal drugs on the property

No hanging or sticking decorations on walls or ceilings

Violations of the house rules – We will charge/claim $250 minimum per violation if the house rules are not followed.
