We appreciate your note on the lighting. This is something we’ve been mindful of, and we’ve added additional lamps and lighting to help brighten the space. Natural light can definitely improve things as well when the blinds are open, but we understand that may not always be preferred. For future visits with furry friends, the Manatee Avenue Causeway is a great nearby spot to get them out and about. We’re happy you still found the home to be a great-looking place and truly appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us!

The home’s photos and advertised sleeping arrangements reflect the property as presented in the listing, with accommodations for up to eight guests. This home is a super unit with two separate sides, and a guest on the adjacent side mistakenly accessed the incorrect unit. Once identified, a supervisor reached out promptly to explain the situation and guide everyone to the correct accommodations. We understand how unsettling this must have felt, especially after being told the unit was ready, and we regret that the situation caused stress at the start of your stay.
