Comfortable living area with plenty of seating, fireplace and TV; The condo has an open floor plan with the living area and kitchen conveniently located adjacent to each other. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with everything you need to make your meals inside. Relax outside on the patio or watch your favorite movie while snuggled on the sofa! There is a community Washer and Dryer available for your use in the building and the condo also has free High Speed Wi-Fi!

* Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
* Laundry is located on the 3rd floor.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1st - October 1st (Standard for homes in the area)

* We have partnered with BabyQuip - the #1 baby equipment rental service and marketplace. BabyQuip offers rentals for your trip, including Cribs, Strollers, High Chairs, Toys/Games, Bouncers, Health and Safety Items, Outdoor Items, and More! Ask us for more information!

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* There is a strict no-pet policy.

Guests violating either of these rules will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
