Please DON`T throw anything in the toilet to prevent clogging. We have trashcans and trash bags available in the house. Thanks

Cleaning Rules:

Guests must clean up after themselves, including washing dishes and TAKING OUT THE TRASH the night before the trash day.

Early check-in is based on availability.
If the home is ready, complimentary check-in at 2:30 PM may be possible. Any earlier than that would be $100 for early access.

Late check-out also depends on availability—please let us know in advance.
Check-out is complimentary until 10:30 AM. If you`d like to extend until 12:00 PM, there is a $100 fee to help expedite cleaning.


We provide basic supplies, if you need more let us know.

This house is only suitable for families and quiet retreats as it is in a very residential area.

HOUSE RULES

Please review and follow our house rules to ensure a comfortable stay and help us maintain the property for all guests.

1. Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring device. Please keep noise levels to a minimum and be considerate of the neighbors.

Any violation of the quiet hours policy may result in a $200 penalty.

2. Check-Out Time & Late Check-Out

Check-out time is strictly 10:00 AM.

If you need a late check-out, please let us know in advance. Late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by the host, especially when there are same-day check-ins.

Failure to check out on time without prior approval may result in an additional $100 charge, as we need to compensate our cleaners for their time and ensure the property is ready for the next guest.

3. Check-Out Checklist

Before leaving, please make sure to:

Gather all used towels in one place.

Leave the house tidy. No deep cleaning is required.

Load any dirty dishes into the dishwasher, if applicable.

Place the garage clicker on the kitchen counter, if applicable.

Return the key to the lockbox, if applicable.

Turn off all AC units, lights, and appliances.

4. Essentials & Supplies

The property is stocked with essential supplies intended to last approximately 3 days.

Guests staying longer than 3 days are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they may need.

5. Furniture & Property Items

Please do not move, rearrange, or relocate any furniture during your stay.

If any furniture is moved, please return it to its original position before check-out.

If furniture is not returned to its original position, or additional labor is required to restore the original setup, a fee may apply depending on the furniture involved and the cost of returning it to its original position.

Please treat all furniture, décor, and household items with care.

6. Monthly Rental Utility Cap

For monthly stays, the utility allowance is $350 for every 30-night stay.
