Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay, the convenient beach access, and the great Destin location. We’re happy to hear that the proximity to the beach helped make your vacation enjoyable. We sincerely apologize that the cleanliness and condition of some furnishings did not meet your expectations. We appreciate you bringing the concerns about the couch and other areas to our attention, and we will be sharing this feedback with our team to ensure these items are addressed. Thank you again for your honest comments. We appreciate the opportunity to improve and hope we can provide you with a more enjoyable experience in the future.

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're so glad to hear that, aside from the minor issue—which we're happy we could resolve quickly—you had a great stay. It's wonderful that you enjoyed the unbeatable location, with the beach just steps away and convenient access to nearby stores. We're also pleased to know you found the condo to be a great value compared to similar properties in the area. We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you back for another relaxing beach getaway soon!

The location is definitely one of our favorite features, and we're so glad it met your expectations. Thanks for the feedback — and sorry the check-in process was stressful. The unattended gate and ineffective virtual assistance aren’t the experience we want for our guests. We’ve raised this with the property’s security and our team to improve on-site coverage and virtual support. Glad the condo was nice and convenient, and we’d welcome you back anytime.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that you had an amazing time at Shoreline Towers and enjoyed the perfect beachside location. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back for another memorable stay in the future!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review, Michelle! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed our unit and appreciated the modern decor and cleanliness. It's always great to know our guests value the prime beachfront location as much as we do! Those beach views are truly special, and we agree that having the sand just a short stroll away makes for the perfect vacation experience. We'd love to welcome you back for another stay anytime. Thanks again for choosing our property for your getaway!

Thank you, Emily, for your lovely review! We're glad to hear you had a great time and created wonderful memories. We hope to see you again soon!

I agree—the views are absolutely stunning. Regarding the AC issue, please avoid setting the temperature too low, as this can cause the system to freeze and lead to unnecessary repair costs. An AC technician was dispatched to your vacation home within hours of your report, and you were generously compensated for the inconvenience. I believed we had reached an amicable resolution on this matter.

Deb, you’re so thoughtful to even mention the measuring cup! Please don’t worry about it for a second — these things happen, and we’ve got plenty of extras, so no need to mail it back. I’m so happy you loved the view and all the nearby shopping. It was awesome having you at unit 1023, and we’d be excited to welcome you back anytime you’re ready for another trip!

Thank you, Aaron. I am happy you enjoyed your entire time here. Please let us know when you are ready to book your next trip.

Thank you Nika. I am happy you had such a great trip. I will forward you toilet concern to maintenance. We welcome you back on your next trip!!!

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration it caused. While our under-25 policy is clearly stated in both the listing and the rental contract you signed, we understand how disappointing it must have been to encounter this issue after your arrival. The parking attendants are part of the building’s management team, and unfortunately, their enforcement methods are not something we as hosts can control. That said, we never want our guests to feel uncomfortable or misled, and we’ll be reviewing how we communicate these rules to ensure they’re clearer up front. We also regret that communication felt slow during a stressful time. It was our understanding, based on your call to the office, that your father would be joining you, which would have brought the reservation into compliance with the rental requirements. Our goal is always to provide a welcoming and enjoyable stay, and we take your feedback seriously as we continue working to improve the guest experience. We do want to clarify that the issues raised in this review were related to building policies and rental requirements, not the vacation home itself. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future travels.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We're so happy your first trip to Florida was memorable and that Shoreline Towers 1023 was the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean. Sorry the tropical storm closed the beach for a couple of days, but glad you still had fun collecting shells and that the balcony was a favorite. It’s great the condo felt peaceful and restaurants were close by. We’d love to welcome you back!
