Summary:
This hotel-style studio is located in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort, right across the shared BBQ and swimming pool area. The Waikoloa Beach Resort features luscious greenery, koi ponds, a shared swimming pool, fitness room, and BBQ stations to enjoy. Maximum occupancy strictly enforced in accordance with local ordinances.

The Space:
We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use.

You'll be 1 mile from the white sandy beach, Anaehoomalu Bay (A-Bay). King's and new Queen's shops are less than a mile away and offer great shopping and dining choices. Swimming with dolphins, snorkeling, windsurfing, golfing, or going on a tour on one of the glass bottom boats is all close by for a perfect tropical vacation.

This romantic studio has a comfortable King bed and a 50" Smart TV to stream your favorite, Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon specials! There is a kitchenette with a coffee maker, mini-fridge, toaster, and microwave. Start off your day with some coffee and hit the golf courses nearby. There is a bar table for 2 to enjoy garden views.

This studio has a renovated bathroom (2016) with a standing shower. There is a split system AC to keep you cool during the Summer months! There is parking right across the unit for 1 car.

The resort is the perfect getaway for couples looking to relax and explore the Hawaiian island!

Please keep in mind that there is no dishwasher or stovetop.

Air-conditioning in the condo: The A/C is set to come on only when the temperature in the condo exceeds 75F. The A/C is controlled from a central thermostat. The timer needs to be activated to have the thermostat control the A/C.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.

Other Things to Note:
This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.

Great weekday stay!

Excellent experience with the quiet peaceful stay with a pool across the driveway. Private setting seperated from the main condo physically and beautiful windows for natural light. Well setup for functionality in a studio arrangement with a great bathroom.Thank you

Lovely studio at Waikaloa Shores

The is my public comment: The studio is a little gem at Waikaloa Shores adjacent to the pool. It is perfectly located across from the pool in gorgeous well kept grounds. You can walk to the ocean, to A Bay and along the shores adjacent to the HIlton. The following comment is only for the owner and for the property manager: as previously stated the window screens need to be replaced as does the shower faucet. It would be almost worth the price if there were internet. The price is 4 times greater than I paid for the same lovely studio curing COVID and 2 to 3 x more than staying in a shared condo with my friends with more amenities, nevertheless, I was so grateful to be able to stay in Waikaloa Shores at the last minute. Also some of the plaster needs repair on the interior.

Great for the price

Great deal for the price, some common amenities missing like wifi. We enjoyed the central location and walking distance to all the resorts. Great bar/grill just outside the gates. Had a little trouble checking in. We didn’t realize this is the “studio” in front of a bigger condo on number 19. So if there is a car in the driveway that’s why. Guest parking is right across the street. Pool is close. Management was friendly and responded to our needs quickly. The place could use a new bed but we got through.

Perfect for us

Loved that this location was so convenient to pool and jacuzzi especially after a long day of exploring with a nice king bed and nice shower. This was a Good base camp to explore other parts of the island. Beach and sunsets are beautiful here and, loved seeing the turtles south of lava lava beach club… a highlight! Other rental sites touch base about check in and directions 3-5 days even a week in advance. The only downside was we were pulling teeth to get info the day before and were worried we had been scammed. Turned out perfect but would have liked to have skipped that anxiety;(

No internet

The gym and pool are nice. The patio is one chair and table in front of the front door entrance. There is no garden, just the neighbors hedge that is two to three feet away. The bed can use a new mattress. NO INTERNET at all.
