Nestled in a quiet area in western Waikoloa, you're only a few minutes away from pristine sands and the gentle rhythm of the ocean. Waiulua Bay's breathtaking beaches are lined with restaurants, cafés, and the chance to play with local marine life at Dolphin Quest Hawaii. Unwind at the popular Lava Lava Beach Club, or grab your clubs for a day at the Francis H. I'i Brown Golf Course!
Settle down in the well-appointed living area, where free WiFi and a cable TV provide plenty of entertainment. Fresh air awaits on the lanai, while the kitchen comes equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher. All the beds are roomy enough for guests of all ages to rest and relax.

Each building will take approximately two weeks to complete, and the entire property is expected to take about one year. Please contact our 24 hour support team for further information, any questions or concerns and also for a copy of the planned schedule dates for specific buildings.
• This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.
• All guests shall abide by Heavenly's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Perched alongside the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course, you will be able to tee up in no time for a memorable round of 18, so bring your clubs along! If the sand is calling your name, Waikōloa Beach is just over a mile away where you can post up for a picnic on the shore, swim, or snorkel. Ac was good, fans mostly were enough. Great location. Furniture dated not so comfy. Loved having the garage. Fairly well equipped kitchen, pots and pans could be replaced with one full set rather than odds and ends . Master bath shower very small. All pros and cons aside, thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Great location and house was super nice and clean.
This was our second time staying at the Colony Villas and we love the privacy, the layout of the town houses and the pool. Being right on one of the best golf courses in Hawaii and only a mile walk to the beach is also a plus.

Great Waikoloa Stay!
I love the upper master balcony views and the spacious, beautiful furnishings and of course the location is perfect. Close to all the waikoloa amenities.

Great place, roomy, well maintained.
Spacious interior for relaxing and enjoying Hawaiian lifestyle. Close to restaurants and other shopping needs. Close to airport. Easy to travel to all parts of the island. Pool and exercise facility a stroll down the street.

Nice place
I loved our rental. It has everything that a family needs for a vacation. Clean, beautiful house, pool, hot tub in a short walk, snorkeling gear. We enjoyed our stay here and recommend it to everyone who wants to rent,

Perfect vacation home
We loved this place. We stayed for a week and it had everything we needed. Coffee on the bedroom balcony, meals outside the main level. We especially appreciated how quiet it was. Would definitely go back.

Perfect condition, tranquil and perfect for intense relaxation
Great calming view of the golf course, perfect layout for small family, pool sometimes too crowded later in the day and evening, snorkeling and beach equipment very good, would have liked a couple of bycicles, will visit again for sure.

Good location and close to pool!
The location was great, the place was clean but old - which was ok for us. It was nice that all the extras were there for laundry, dishes and basic cooking supplies. The updates via text and email were great.
