Enjoy the sun on a beautifully landscaped shared roof top terrace or stroll town to enjoy fabulous restaurants, bars and shops. The beach is a mere 6 blocks with 4 badges included. Enjoy the beach without the noise! Commuting? Train and bus services just blocks away. Simply bring your suitcase and your bike . Live like a local and enjoy this seaside hamlet this summer! Summer rental only and minimum is required Owner will pay water, and provide allowance credit for gas $45 and electric of $125.00 per month anything above those limits is the renters responsibility. Building and property are no smoking, renter is responsible for all cleaning and professional cleaner once vacated. One assigned parking space and on street parking available. No pets, boarding is nearby as the building has a strict pet policy.

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supercedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year!
