Opdateret 600 m fra havet

Nyd paradiset, mens du er i centrum af det meste, hvad du vil gøre! Fra vores Lanai kan du tage udsigt over havet og det smukke Haleakala-bjerg. En strand ligger kun 600 meter væk. Selvom vores condo-kompleks er bekvemt beliggende ved siden af shopping, stranden og spisestuen, er komplekset usædvanligt væk fra den travle Kihei-vej. Kihei Garden Estates kaldes 'skjult perle'.

Vi erstattede vores klimaanlæg med en enhed med større kapacitet og større effektivitet. Dette skulle hjælpe i sommer- og efterårsmånederne og når som helst på året.

Slap af i luksus. Vores Condo blev komplet renoveret, og vi tilføjede lige en ny endnu mere behagelig sovesofa og stol og osmannisk. Vi tilbyder et stort Sony HD-fladskærms-tv med kabel-tv og DVD og en ekstra tv og DVD-afspiller i et soveværelse. Køkkenet er godt udstyret med nye apparater og smukke mørke havgrønne granit bordplader. Køkkenudstyr inkluderer plastisk opvaskemaskiner og grillværktøjer til poolområdet. Pool, boblebad og grillområde er smukt, roligt og stort og ligger i centrum af kompleksets torv midt i en tropisk have.

Enheden har aircondition med ventilatorer i stuen og hvert af soveværelserne. Begge soveværelser har queensize-senge. Sofaen forvandles også til en ekstra tyk og behagelig queensize-seng. Det ovenpå soveværelse har en privatlivsdør, et adgangsvindue med udsigt til opholdsstue og eget badeværelse med stort brusebad. Soveværelset på det overordnede niveau deler et komplet bad inklusive badekar / bruser med opholdsstue. Vores Lanai tilbyder et højt bord og fire komfortable stole til at hæve øjenhøjde over rækværket til udsigt over havet, stranden og bjergene.

Gå til store spisesteder, Peggy Sue's Cafe, Coconut Fish Cafe og den afslappede og velsmagende mexicanske mad. Eller gå 600 meter til stranden til solnedgang eller til strandtid!

Også inkluderet er strandstole, badehåndklæder, måtter, boogie boards og en køligere. Sikker WiFi også.

Our stay here was wonderful. The condo was very clean and centrally located to the town plus freeways and airport. The owner was very responsive and kind, we left a lovely personalized note that felt welcoming.

We enjoyed our stay and the location. It was quiet and away from the traffic. The condo worked well for us. Enough room and all the amenities that we needed. Beach access was close.

Wonderful stay

Enjoyed our time in this condo. Nice and clean, with the needed amenities including pool, jacuzzi, and on site laundry facility. Well furnished kitchen and bathroom, and nice to have beach chairs, umbrellas, and some snorkel gear. Great location, close to shops and kihei action. We look forward to our next stay in Maui!

Perfect find!

Cute place, close to a beautiful beach and everything you need in town. We stayed here for our first half of the trip and actually drove back on our last day to have more amazing Chile verde from Amigos and watch the sunset on the beautiful beach right next to the condo. Kelli was super responsive and we appreciated the personal welcome note.

Great experience

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The host was amazing and easy to communicate with. This condo had beach towels, foldable chairs, pool toys etc. everything we needed ready, which made our trip much easier. The location is perfect too, very close to beach. We have encountered sea turtles several times in the early morning.

Great place to stay

Our condo was exactly as pictured and detailed-- but it was even better in person. It was stocked with basic kitchen supplies, and there are nice beach items too. The area around the condo was quiet, and the beach just a two minute walk away. I enjoy Kihei because it's easy to access everything on the island. Plenty of great places to eat nearby as well. Kelli thank you for the wonderful stay. We look forward to our next visit with you.

Kihei, Maui Stay with Friends

Overally we loved the area. I especially appreciated the host's consistent follow-up. The property is very nice and close to the beach. Partial view of ocean from desk was nice as well. Only suggestion we have is to insert a window in the loft bedroom. We had trouble sleeping when others were watching TV downstairs. Should be easy to insert a simple window to reduce noise. Other than that great place and great experience.

The main level bedroom is tucked away, but the upstairs bedroom/bath suite has been framed in with a door and a wall with an opening to keep the breeze blowing through when the A/C is not on. Several Maui 2-bedroom condos are 1 bedroom with a loft. We closed in as much as we could upstairs to create privacy. Please visit once again! Aloha

Absolutely perfect!

Kelli thank you so much for our beautiful stay. So close to the ocean and such a warm and cute condo. It felt like we were home. This was the first time I wouldn't need to bring all my spices, even though I did. lol Great location to tons of restaurants and shops! We will most definitely stay here again. This was the best Maui trip I've had and I've been over 200 times. We even got mugged and was in jail ;) by the whales and our last night I saw the green flash. That was the fourth time in my life. What a wonderful 10days! Everything our family of 4 needed for a great holiday.

This property is in a great location steps from the beach without the need to cross the main busy road. Located right behind a grocery store and close to the best gelato place ever ( Ono gelato). The layout of the property features a centralized gardens and pool area. It feels private and safe. Kids had a blast discovering various flowers, butterflies and geckos in the gardens. The icing on the cake was an amazing gathering of longer term residents for some live music on the lawns. They welcomed us with open arms to join in and it was the coolest part of our stay! The home was great with a second floor, 2 full bathrooms, well stocked kitchen and beach amenities. Kelly and Tom were accessible and responsive to any needs that arose. You will enjoy your stay here!

Great condo, great location, great value!

Truly a "home away from home". We love staying in upper Kihei for it's central location to everything on the island, and with SO MUCH within walking distance, the condo is perfect! We really appreciated, and took full advantage of, the beach equipment provided.. Chairs, sun umbrella, cooler, snorkel gear, noodles.. Just awesome! We didn't prepare meals this trip, but the kitchen was the best equipped VRBO kitchen I've seen thus far. A trip to the grocery store next door and you'd be ready to cook for a family, easy! The bedding was comfortable, the linens were nice, the bathrooms clean and updated. When staying somewhere for longer than a couple days, these things are not trivial. Thank you for allowing our family to feel "at home" while we enjoyed a week in paradise! Mahalo!

Amazing Stay in Maui Kihei - Thanks Kelli!

Kelli is an amazing host! She was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. We really appreciated how easy she made our stay. We appreciated the option of a late checkout because of our late evening flight. She also provided good beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and snorkeling equipment. The place was getting spayed for bugs near the end of the stay and Kelli was so accommodating to the fact that we had a young child and pregnant person in our party. The spraying was postponed til after our stay. The place is accurately reflected in the pictures, clean and had good facilities (pool and barbeque area). We loved the location as it was within walking distance of parks, restaurants and shopping areas. Kelli gave lots of great travelling tips and all the little presents to make our trip memorable. Thank you Kelli for making our stay so comfortable and fun!

Don’t pass this one Great Location

This unit is well worth a look. We stayed here for a week and we were not disappointed. This place was spotless and supplied everything we needed for the week at the beach. It is close to a great beach listing says 600 feet but maybe closer. There are many other beaches in the area we found no reason to drive to them. In the evening there are great sunsets on the beach and if you walk to the right on the beach about 1/4 mile the turtles come ashore for the evening one night we counted 25 in the group with more waiting for the others to move up the shore. Great restaurants are within walking distance, Grocery store just around the corner and plenty of parking. Communication with owner was outstanding before check in and we had no reason to contact them during our stay checkin was a breeze with her email well ahead of our arrival. We will try and stay here again when we return to Maui This is a 5 star plus condo/owner in every way possible

Great time in Maui!

We stayed in this condo for 5 days. We were 2 couples from New York who traveled together and this condo provided complete privacy on the one hand, and the opportunity to have a great time together on the other . We had lovely breakfasts and night teas in the lanai enjoying the view. The condo was very clean, nicely remodeled and very cozy. We felt at home from the first minute. The kitchen was was thoughtfully stocked, and in the closets we found everything needed for the beach. The nicest touch was a welcoming gift of sweet macadamia nuts from the owner. The location of the condo was very convenient. The grocery store was around the corner, a lot of restaurants were nearby, and the beaches were very close. We traveled every day to a different beach and it wasn't difficult to get around. Kelly was on top of everything and tried to help us with any questions we had. On the first day the Wifi wasn't working, but she helped us fix the problem right away. In general we had an absolutely great time in Maui. We went to several different beaches, saw the sunset at Haleakala, and traveled the Hana road. We loved Maui, we liked this condo and can highly recommend it. Thank you , Kimberly . Aloha and Mahalo

Kihei-central to everything

We had a great experience at Kelli’s condo. We walked to many of our meals, especially for coffee (JavaCoffeehouse) in the mornings. Fantastic golf just down the road in Wailea, or less expensive beautiful golf close by near Maui Brewing Co-which is another site to sit and relax and/or dine with quick access. Just loved the convenience of this unit. Kelli was especially good at communicating also

Amazing 2 bedroom condo

If we could give this experience a 10 star review we would. Everything exceeded our expectations. The condo was beautiful and located near beach, stores and plenty of food places. There's even a swapmeet in waking distance. If traveling to Maui this is the condo to rent.

Perfect Basecamp for Maui

Great location in Kihei- super close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Very quiet! Probably better for adults/ older kids as the pool was a no fun zone (so many rules!) We were all adults so that wasn't a problem. Kelli was a great communicator with lots of helpful insights into the area.. Would definately stay again!

We live on Maui. Tom is semi-retired and we officially became empty-nesters. We manage our condo locally for an even better experience for our guests. We return in winters to Utah to ski on the greatest snow on Earth and to see our grown children across the mainland U.S.

Centrally located by beaches and restaurants and positioned central on Maui to conveniently get anywhere. Also, the condo complex is off of the main street, closer to the ocean, offering a quiet and peaceful setting. The pool and pavilion complex are larger than many other condo facilities which is very nice as well.
