This spacious home has been thoughtfully renovated to create a serene environment, with a large airy porch that overlooks the lake and surrounding landscape. Inside, you'll find a cozy living room, a comfortable dining area, and unique features that make the space feel like a true getaway.

Sleep soundly in one of two high-end king-sized beds, complete with extra pillows, blankets, blackout curtains, and white noise machines to ensure a restful night. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, featuring a Nespresso machine, stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, cookware, and stylish dinnerware. ***Please note that the property does not include a microwave or toaster.

Surrounded by native Texas plants and trees, including the Madrones after which the property is named, the home offers total privacy and tranquil views. Madrona Vista is ideally located near shopping, dining, wineries, breweries, and recreational activities. You'll find grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and local markets close by. It's also a perfect base for exploring the Hill Country, including Fredericksburg, Dripping Springs, and Blanco.

With seven acres to explore, the property offers plenty of room to relax and enjoy nature, but please note the land is not fenced, and we ask guests to stay within designated areas. A good rule of thumb is to stay between the house, the main road, the driveway, and the power lines. Please do not go beyond any sign that says "private property."

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 4 guests and 2 vehicles, strictly enforced. Please come and have a good time, but be aware that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay. No smoking or pets are allowed on the property.
