Toiletries and towels are provided in each bathroom for your comfort. The home is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood where you will often find neighbors running or walking on the sidewalk.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and a bathroom suite with a shower. This bedroom also has its own smart TV and walk in closet. An iron and ironing board can also be found in the walk-in closet along with a full-length mirror.

The second bedroom also has a queen bed and equipped with a luggage rack.

The smaller bedroom has a cute trundle bed with twin mattresses and plenty of games and books for the children.

Additional games can be found inside the entertainment center where the large smart TV is located. The living room has additional sleeping areas in form of a queen size sleeper sofa.

Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans. Cook your catch on the outdoor grill or in the kitchen. Kitchen also has an eating bar with 4 chairs and the dining room has a tall table with 4 chairs as well. A coffee bar is equipped with a Keurig and coffee pods. `

For fun in the sun, the home is equipped with 2 kayaks for use in the channel. Please consider that although life jackets are provided, we will not be liable for injuries. Swim and kayak at your own risk.
