The scent of fresh‑cut grass mixes with the distant hum of nearby theme parks, promising adventure just minutes away. Inside, spacious living rooms invite you to unwind after a day of thrills, while the fully stocked kitchen beckons for a hearty breakfast before heading out. Every corner of this home is arranged for comfort, convenience, and a touch of magic.

Two family‑friendly living rooms each feature a flat‑screen TV and plush couches, giving you plenty of space to gather, stream a movie, or simply relax with a board game.

A private pool sits in the backyard, complete with a deck for lounging, grilling, or enjoying a cool drink under the clear sky. The community water park, complete with a water slide, lazy river, and cabanas, is just a short walk away, and the clubhouse is only five minutes on foot.



Kitchen & dining

The large, full kitchen comes stocked with a wide range of amenities, ready for you to whip up a big breakfast or a quick snack. Indoor and outdoor dining areas let you enjoy meals al fresco or at the kitchen island, depending on your mood.



Resort amenities

Solterra Resort offers a resort‑style pool with water slide, lazy river, poolside café, fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and a recreational area. All of these are available for your exclusive use during your stay.



Location & attractions

Located in Davenport, the home sits just minutes from Orlando’s top attractions: Disney (12 mi), SeaWorld (16 mi) and Universal Studios (20 mi). A supermarket and several stores are a five‑minute drive away, while Posner Park’s IMAX theater and additional shopping options are only seven minutes distant. Nearby dining options provide world‑class meals for family and friends.



With six spacious bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, free washer/dryer, and two living areas, this property offers everything you need for a memorable Orlando getaway.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you’ll have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, along with access to the Solterra Resort community amenities. Please note, the HOA requires a separate, mandatory amenities fee of $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more. This fee is collected by the HOA and is not associated with our host charges. It applies to all reservations, regardless of whether the amenities are used.



Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway (can likely fit 3 small to med-sized vehicles).



The Neighborhood:

Located in Davenport, this vacation home is near theme parks. Disney Springs™ and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Disney's Hollywood Studios® and Epcot® are not to be missed. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours.



Getting Around:

Everything you need is at your fingertips so you never have to leave. But if you do, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dish-washing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
