Each unit is allotted one open parking space with provided parking pass specific to the unit. If you require additional parking for over 4 hours, it is available off property, along the street. Please note: Only one vehicle per reservation is allowed on the property.



Guest Access & Amenities

Guests enjoy full access to the Waikoloa Community Pool and receive discounted green fees at the Robert Trent Jones II-designed Village Golf Course. For beach outings, we’ve provided a cooler, beach towels, and beach chairs for your convenience.



Pet Policy

Please note that this property is not pet friendly. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal and a non-refundable $1,000 fee.

Booking Notice

This property requires a 1-day gap between bookings. Dates are only available if they are at least one day after a previous departure and one day before the next arrival. Back-to-back bookings are not permitted.
