As you step into the main level of this beautifully appointed townhome, you're immediately greeted by panoramic ocean views visible from the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The open-concept great room is thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertaining, with porcelain tile flooring, elegant coastal furnishings, and an abundance of natural light.

The chef's kitchen is a standout feature, offering crisp white cabinetry, gleaming black quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Pull up a stool at the island for a quick bite or gather around the wood dining table, which features seating for three plus a bench for extra guests. A nearby half bathroom and laundry area add thoughtful convenience.

In the living room, a plush sofa (which converts into a sleeper for additional guests) and two seagrass armchairs surround a flat-screen smart TV, offering a cozy space to unwind after a day on the sand. Property was so comfortable and clean. We loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom, plus a half bath downstairs. Beautiful ocean views from balcony -- the pictures online don't do it justice! The Sailmaker property itself is so peaceful, and the boardwalk is well kept, and it's very easy to access the beach. There were also beach towels and chairs for guest use which is always a huge plus. 10/10 would stay here again!

The view is remarkable and we enjoyed the condo very much. It has all updated features and has a beach vibe throughout. We were on the deck several times a day. The community is very laid back and quiet which I loved. The beach access is outstanding and to not have any stairs to manage is a plus! The decking and its multi-level ramps make using any beach cart with wheels a dream! We will definitely be back!

The property was very clean, spacious, and right on the beach. The beach is beautiful, with plenty of space to spread out. We appreciated having a washer/dryer, and beach chairs. It would have been great to have beach towels available as well. The instructions to access the property itself could be more specific as it was a bit confusing to find the front door. I provided this to the company directly to hopefully improve the check in experience for future guests. We would book again if we return to the area!

Lovely, fully updated condo with all the essentials to cook and plenty of towels. Check in process was smooth, management communications were wonderful, and the ocean view from the balcony was truly breathtaking!! We stayed during a VERY windy week in April and were very pleased with the comfort and space the condo provided during the gale force winds. Management was also so helpful in being available to receive and hide easter basket items in advance of our stay :) To help potential future renters I do want to say the pool is small, sometimes full of leaves and completely unheated, and the ocean is still pretty cold in April. Also, while the condos with ocean views like this one really are lovely, the rest of the property seems a bit tired and old and, as I said I wasnt impressed with the pool. I think for a couple of adults looking for a relaxing and/or romantic weekends this is a fabulous condo to select, hands down. But for kids its not the best option at this time of year. We ended up switching to a resort for part of our trip, where my 7 yo spent about 10 consecutive hours in their heated pool. (I dont say these things as negatives or to complain because as I said the condo is truly lovely with amazing views and wonderful management, but just to help others in making their selections)

April can definitely be a bit cooler on the island, especially when it comes to ocean and pool temperatures. The water typically warms up more from May through September, so we would love to welcome you back during that time for a better experience. We are also sorry to hear your concerns about the grounds. We did report this to the HOA, and we are hopeful they are actively working on improvements to enhance the overall appearance of the complex. That said, we are so glad you loved the condo and enjoyed working with our management team. We truly appreciate your feedback and would love the opportunity to host you again in the future! :)

The condo was VERY clean when we arrived. Stocked well, even with beach chairs. The extra supplies that were provided like trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and laundry supplies were very much appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay!The only recommendation would be to add more comfortable seating in the living room. For 2 people it is totally fine, but if there are more than 2 people comfortable seating in the living room is limited. Not a deal breaker, just a recommendation.
