Kona Bali Kai #344 is a top-floor corner unit with no shared walls, offering privacy and serenity. Enjoy open-beam ceilings, an extra side window for added light and airflow, and a fully renovated interior with tile floors throughout—including the lanai. The unit features a fully stocked modern kitchen with ice maker in freezer, split-zone A/C, in-unit washer/dryer, and dedicated workspace. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the bedroom and a queen pull-out sofa in the living room. Relax on the lanai overlooking Alii Drive or walk across the street to the pool, hot tub, business center, Da Poke Shack(famous Hawaiian food restaurant), Da Coco Shack, beach, tide pools, oceanfront picnic tables and BBQs.

Guests have full private access to the condo, including the lanai, in-unit washer/dryer, and all upgraded amenities.
