The place was very clean, and the host was very easy to communicate with. The condo looked exactly as the picture on the website. My family is known to complain about little things, but this time, I didn't hear any complain. I'm glad we picked this condo. When I'm back to Kauai, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you Karin and team for being a wonderful host. 100% worth the money!!!

Kiahuna is our favorite place to stay in Kauai and Karin’s rental was exceptional. Communicating with her was easy and she was always quick on her replies. We stayed a few weeks after Hurricane Lowell and were nervous about our trip but Karin kept us consistently updated on closures and outages. When we arrived we were blown away with our rental as it was even better than pictured. We spent many afternoons reading on the patio while our two young girls played in the grass. Due to allergies and picky eaters we ate in a lot and the kitchen was particularly well appointed with absolutely everything we needed to cook meals just like at home. The washer and dryer were an added perk and worked very well. I have absolutely no notes and cannot wait to stay again!

This is a wonderful, clean, comfortable condo and the Kiahuna Plantation grounds are beautiful, well maintained and steps from the beach. The condo had everything our family of three needed and having laundry and air conditioning made it ideal.

Great location! Close to the beach and many wonderful restaurants nearby. Kitchen was well supplied and we made our breakfast and lunches there. We also enjoyed the pickleball courts. We didn’t use the pool but seemed nice—we are more ocean people.

My friend and I stayed here on our trip to Kauai to celebrate our graduation. It was amazing! We spent a lot of time at the beach right by the resort, it was perfect for swimming in the ocean. We did not rent a car and could easily walk to restaurants and shopping. Karin was helpful, very responsive and accommodating. The condo location was great, and the condo was extremely clean and comfortable. It was a perfect graduation trip. We hope we can go back to Kauai and would definitely stay at Karin’s place again.

The Condo is beautifully decorated and appears just like the pictures. The location is amazing. It is an easy walk to restaurants and multiple beaches. We would walk to Poipu daily just to see the what marine life was up on the beach. We saw lots of turtles and 2 Hawaiian Monk Seals. Only negative was a few housekeeping issues that Karin the owner was very responsive to and resolved quickly. It is a little confusing because Castle takes care of check in and cleaning but when you call them they will not deal with problems because in their words “you rented directly from the owner.”Again Karin was very helpful and would 100% stay in this condo again!

Beautiful stay, very kind and attentive host. The unit is centrally located in the property, very easy to get to, and very clean. Furniture is functional, but not comfortable. The bed is very firm and probably should be updated. There is no smart tv for those that like to stream (especially with kids), just cable. Laundry in unit is super convenient. Had essentials stocked, although scarce and limited (we ran out of trash bags).Took us a visit to the beach to understand that the beach on the property is Kiahuna Beach and has very rough surf - not suitable for young children. Poipu beach (3 minute drive) is much better, has a playground, restaurants, and is where the turtles are! No easy way to walk through the property to Poipu that we could find. Didnt love the beach towel card system that Castle Resorts had- wasn’t logistically great for us with a toddler. But we would absolutely stay again. The location and the host were great!

This was our third stay at Plantation at Kiahuna and it didn’t disappoint. Karen has the unit set up perfectly for two with everything needed to feel like home. Great patio privacy with a full greeting by the birds each morning. Super comfortable bed and comfortable furniture for lounging and watching TV at night. We’ll be back to this one soon.
