We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin…very close to downtown, easy to PF and great road to cabin if you take Loop road.

Amazing property with all the amenities! Close to Gatlinburg and Great Smoky Mountains National Park and yet in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Saw bears from our balcony. Would not hesitate to recommend!

The house had an ideal layout and beautiful finish out. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and everyone slept well. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. We did have some nits which included: the back of couch seems to have been stepped on and broken in one spot, a constant scan and removal of stink bugs was necessary during our stay, and some pots and pans required scrubbing and rewashing before use, and walls have significant scuff marks throughout the home. We would certainly consider staying here again, as everyone had a great time, just pointing out it is not quite as pristine as the pictures.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the couch, cookware, and wall scuffs. We are aware of these items and we already have updates in motion. This week the home is scheduled to have wainscoting installed throughout the high-traffic areas, which will help address the wall scuffs and we also have a new couch on order. As I’m sure you know, rental properties do require ongoing maintenance and we’re always working to keep everything in great condition for our guests. We’re sorry to hear about the stink bugs during your stay as well. Being in the mountains, they can occasionally be a seasonal nuisance but we do our best to stay on top of them.

We LOVED our stay at Half Moon Haven & made our 1st time trip to Tennessee an Amazing one!! Easy to find, easy to access when we arrived and was extremely clean, felt like new construction, gorgeously built and decorated with everything we needed and more! Layout was perfect for our family and the hot tub, pool, & fire pit was a nice bonus to enjoy every evening. We had a lot of black bear & cub visits but felt safe as they just wanted to check out our bear secured trash cans. Beautiful Views and Beds were so comfy, like a dream stay we didn't want to leave!

Great amenities, especially the sauna! We only wish the main living space was bigger to accommodate our group of 9. Other than that, the house was absolutely beautiful with high end fixtures, comfy beds, a game space, pool and places to hang out on the deck. the house was also well stocked in the kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised to find an instant pot and an air fryer!

There were sea issues like the alarm on the pool.Door would not stay on the door it was constantly going off.They 1st floor shower did not get hot.There is no curtains in the upstairs shower.I think it's new and they haven't got all the bugs worked out yet

The pool door alarm is a required safety feature, and we’re always happy to explain how it works or help adjust it if it becomes disruptive. We also wish you had reached out during your stay regarding the shower temperature as we would have been glad to assist right away. As shown in the photos, the window is located inside the wet room so a curtain would not work. This is why we have put a privacy wall up and it allows people to enjoy the view while in the tub as well. Thank you for staying with us!
