Well cared for, good price

Good, clean and comfortable room, convenient location, beautiful view, lots of fresh air from the ocean on almost top floor, relatively quiet conditioner.

Great views

The views are amazing and the air conditioning worked. But the furniture was worn out, the sleeper sofa had a rut in it and the kitchen and bathroom were gross. The towels were probably 30 years old and random colors and sizes. We loved the rooftop pool and hot tub. There was no room for our things because the closet and drawers were already filled.

Short and sweet

They had rice cooker, burner, fridge, hair curler, hair dryer, plates and eating utensils/knives. It was clean and centrally located. Everything within walking distance. The bathroom lacked privacy. The beds were clean. The room is smaller than it looks but we were only there for sleeping. Beautiful ocean view and easy check in/out process. The door is heavy and may not close by itself so pull to secure it. It has nice cooling AC. Overall I enjoyed the stay. You get what you pay for.

Predatory towing at the Pacific Monarch. You pay $35/day and then they toe anyway for no given reason. The front desk guy today 9/12/2024 gaslighted me and my wife when we asked about it this morning and said they do not report cars to be towed by Mr. Tow. That's not true and it cost me $207 for less than a day and I had to Lyft 45 minutes away to go pick up the rental car.

Reviewer Comments: Our experience with both the realty company and the studio we rented was an excellent one...Maaya was AMAZING, had very good communication with us prior to arrival, during and after, anything we needed she was very responsive. The office was a bit hard for us to locate and is on the 10th floor of the office building but, Maaya came down to assist with a parking garage ticket so the Uber driver could get out. The studio was in the perfect location, two blocks from Wakiki Beach, walking distance to shopping, dining, scooter or car rental and naturally an ABC store practically on the corner but, also had a perfect spot of Uber drivers to pick us up mand drop us back. The studio was quite large, comfortable, and extremely clean with wonderful views. The noise from the elevator at the head of one of the twin beds as well as the street noise from the sirens and loud motorcycles (which seems to verberate off the surrounding buildings) was a bit annoying but, we had ear plugs and eye masks (no black out drapes) so that we had no issues sleeping . The front desk staff at the property were very nice, and we enjoyed the roof top pool when we tired of the beach, the ice machine and the laundry facilities as well. We would definitely work with Kaina Hale Hawaii Realty and Maaya again, as well as stay at the property in the future for sure.

Reviewer Comments: 数回お世話になっていますが、いつ宿泊しても最高の滞在を体験する事ができます。ダイヤモンドヘッドとビーチを望む素晴らしい展望。ビーチまでは歩いて5分程で、周囲にはリーズナブルやプレートランチ屋さんやコーヒースタンドもあり、簡単な食事をすぐに手に入れる事ができます。Targetが近くにできた事から、キチネットで簡単な食事を作るための買い出しも便利になりました。素晴らしい滞在でした。

Reviewer Comments: 29階のお部屋からはダイヤモンドヘッドとビーチの絶景が楽しめます。部屋には必要な備品が揃い、小さなキッチンでは簡単な調理も可能です。立地もよく5分ほど歩くだけでデューク・カハナモク像のあるビーチに出られます。ホテルの1階には人気のおにぎり屋さんがあり、近くにはポケのお店やABCストアもありとても便利でした。少し歩きますがスーパーやターゲットもあります。何よりお部屋からの景色が素晴らしく、ハワイに行く際はまたこちらのお部屋に利用させてもらおうと思います。

The condo towed our rental car and it was $207 to get it back even though we paid for parking and they had our tag number and phone numbers.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room and furniture was comfortable, but it needed a refresh. A bit shabby. But our biggest issues was the room was too bright and warm during the day, despite using the A/C. Black out blinds would help immensely with the direct sun heat. A great location, 2 blocks from the beach, and easy check in and out.
