Nice Beach House

We enjoyed our stay. The house is close to the beach and is as described. If in the area again with our entire family, we would stay here again.

Perfect place for easy bay beach access

The house was very nice. Beds were comfy, kitchen had enough stuff (we didn’t cook at all) and best of all, it’s just a few steps from the bay! I loved that there were separate tvs and sitting areas - perfect for families with young kids to have space to hang after kids sleep. We used the washer and dryer a decent amount and it worked without a hitch and was a game changer versus a hotel! We would definitely stay here again.

Loved this, a block from great food and nightlife. Very nice condo and plenty of room for 2-3 couples or a family!

Loved the kitchen - everything you need to cook a beautiful meal. Glassware, dinnerware and cutlery were very nice for a rental. But I didn’t even cook because we ate at so many wonderful restaurants. Took surf lessons at the beach, took in some rays, and spent a lot of time at the Bay, paddle boarding and taking in the peaceful scenery. Tina the Saint Bernard, and all of the people we met were so nice and friendly. Had a great time. Will definitely come back.

Nice stay at mission beach.

The house was perfect for our family of six, four and two kids. The location was great, close to attractions and beaches. We had a great stay unfortunately the dishwasher was out of service our entire stay.

Bliss on the Bay

Great property, in a great location, with great restaurants and shops all close by. House has everything you need and was just as described and in a very nice part of mission bay. If you are looking for a great family vacation, you will not be disappointed here. Thanks for the great accommodations.

Amazing House! 5 Stars!

We had an amazing stay. The house was organized and super clean. The bedrooms were quite large and everyone felt that they had their own space. The living room and kitchen had room for everyone! Before we left we said for sure we would stay here again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Newly remodeled and very spacious. All the amenities are provided, including paddle boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, fire pit and ice chest. Only half a block to Mission Bay and two blocks to the Ocean. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Perfect location!

Nice stay in Mission Beach

We had a great time. Place is close to Mission Bay (and Beach across the street). House was recently remodeled. Noise and DUST from nearby construction. Lots of fun things to do nearby!

The management company has a great attitude and is very attentive to the customer. The house was well kept and stocked, very good linens and towels, hypoallergenic. Good separation for family sleeping quarters. Good kitchen, bathrooms and living areas. Close to the beach.

We had an amazing stay here! House is just as pictured, recently remodeled and very clean. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever had in a rental! Lots of extras that were nice (beach chairs, boogie boards and paddle boards). The only thing it's missing is an outdoor shower to rinse off. 710 is always great to work with. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay! Dream Getaway!

This beach house was truly magical. I planned a girls getaway weekend for my friends and I and the house worked perfectly. The pictures are extremely accurate and the location was very convenient. We were steps from the mission bay and pacific beach. The beds were super big and plush, we slept so comfortably. The kitchen was nicely updated and perfect for entertaining and cooking home-made meals. I'd definitely re-book.

Nice updated home next to the Bay

This home is nicely renovated and just steps away from the Bay. The bay side is so peaceful and nice to relax. It was a quick walk to the beach. It would be nice for the home to provide a wagon to make the trip to the sand a little easier. For a family of 8, the main living and dining space was a little tight and there are quite a few sky light windows in the home which made sleeping in impossible.

Great spot for trip with friends

Long weekend trip with a group of running friends. Location is perfect - right between the bay & the ocean. 2 minute walk to the ocean. We visited during the winter so too cold to get in the ocean, but we loved being able to run & walk along the beach every day. Tons of great restaurants within walking distance - we rarely needed to drive anywhere. House was open & spacious - plenty of room for the 6 of us. And we were easily able to find a free place to park our 2nd vehicle. Hosts were very attentive- checked in on us daily via text & when we did need assistance they were available & supportive. Even left a cute welcome basket for us & texted to say the house was ready early, even though we had not requested an early check in. Our entire group agreed we loved the spot & would absolutely stay here again.
