We were 6 friends looking for a nice apartment to rent in Brooklyn and this place suited our needs! It was clean and comfortable with great showers, hot water, comfy beds, a small kitchen and living room area, and a washer and dryer. Aside from a few minor check in glitches, we were in with no problems. I found the hosts to be very helpful and responsive to our needs.

Literally had the best time for my birthday and the hosts were so kind and responsive! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in BK, and multiple train stations walking distance!

I had a great time. My friends and I loved the spacious oasis. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very attentive and always mad sure everything was up to par. Definitely coming back to stay.

This space was the perfect amount of room for me and my family to stay together yet have our own spaces, the area was very convenient as we were visiting a family member. Host responded super quick with any concerns or questions we had, will definitely book again!

Very comfortable spot with upgraded rooms and decor. Location was a good spot to go to all the places we went that weekend, but the area was a little sketch. Would definitely stay there again

Property itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet during our stay. It’s a third floor walkup. Pretty far out from things but 4 min walk from A/C train and 10 min walk from J train.

I’ve stayed at a lot of rentals in my life, including dozens in NYC. I’ve never left anything less than a 4 star review because we are not picky people at all. This is the first time I felt fully ripped off and it was by far the worst rental of our lives. If I didn’t know better about NYC, based on many previous experiences, I would never want to return again!Our entire purpose of our trip was so my wife could see the Macy’s fireworks. By the time that came two of our kids didn’t want to go to them because they felt unsafe in the neighborhood. My wife is night blind, and going blind, and therefore is incapable of taking our other children to the fireworks herself. She missed the SOLE PURPOSE OF US COMING TO NYC (which was for HER to see the Macy’s fireworks, not the rest of us, SHE wanted to see them) because these people lied about the neighborhood. Trash and dope everywhere. The concrete slabs for sleeping on feature a wide array of spring feelings. No real mattress to be found. Pillows equate to infants blankets. Pillow cases and bathrooms did not appear to be clean and there were horrible amounts of bugs. Major privacy concerns were undisclosed (sheer curtains and large glass doors without them in the bedroom).We were LIED to about travel time to our destination, which cost us dearly. It was a horrifying stay. We left 2 days early and got a hotel in manhattan. No checkout instructions at the house. Didn’t get those till we were long gone.

The apartment had mice I reached out nobody responded I sent pics of the mice I caught host never responded. The water kept getting cold after 5 minutes in the bathroom and the kitchen. Balcony door didn’t lock and it’s not a balcony it’s a fire escape. Yes the bed really are low like they come up to the ankle. Definitely NOT worth the price! The area was ok they were doing construction next door train is a 10-15 minute walk

Thank you for your feedback. The mouse issue was addressed during your stay and was caused by heavy rain, which allowed temporary entry. The fire/emergency exit can be properly closed, and we’ve added a video link in the check-in instructions showing how to do this. Our team also sealed the unit to prevent further entry, and no similar issues have been reported since. We appreciate your feedback to help improve the experience for future guests
