Your private 1,700 sq ft upper duplex sits on one of Brooklyn’s most beautiful brownstone blocks — one door from the official Stuyvesant Heights Historic District.



This is the entire top two floors of a restored townhouse, connected by your own staircase. Nobody stays above you. It feels like having your own Brooklyn townhouse: high ceilings, original details, huge shuttered windows, and solid white-oak floors, with brand-new hotel-level finishes.

This was a great place for our group. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The space has been perfectly remodeled and had everything we needed. We were able to find parking on the street within one block of the townhouse. We would definitely come back here should our travels bring us back to Brooklyn.

We stayed at this lovely Brownstone while in town for my brother’s wedding, and it was a wonderful experience. The location was great, on a charming street with easy parking. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The house itself was beautifully decorated, cozy and full of charm. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. They even provided us with umbrellas when the Nor’easter came through, which was such a thoughtful touch. Would happily stay here again next time we come to town!!

One of the best places I’ve stayed at. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The owners put so much thought into the decor and you can tell that everything in the home was intentionally placed. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

We loved this place! It was spacious and comfortable. Though a bit of the walk from the train, we didn’t mind getting to wander the beautiful bed-stuy streets. There are also many delicious restaurants and coffee shops nearby, which was very convenient.

What a lovely place! Every corner of this huge duplex was spotless. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well-supplied. It was a less than 15 minute walk to the Utica subway stop, with several places closer than that for groceries, etc. Our family group pretty easily found street parking nearby. Hosts were available and communicative. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back/recommend.

Stayed here during College Move in for Pratt. They were so kind to allow us to direct a few packages to the home prior to our arrival and even offered to help us take items to school! We enjoyed the vibrancy this neighborhood offered and recommendations were so helpful! Each space was tastefully decorated and there was wide selection of soft to firm mattress to meet differing needs.

I desperately want to gatekeep this rental because of how incredible the space and hosts are, but unfortunately I must give praise where it’s due! BEST IN BROOKLYN & BEYOND! I almost don’t want to share how much of a gem this place is because then it will be too popular for me to book next time I’m in town! The home is truly spectacular - spacious, beautifully decorated, all the amenities you could need, etc. - and in a convenient, friendly, historically rich, and vibrant neighborhood. What makes this listing even more special are the owners/hosts. They provide privacy while being incredibly responsive - and went above and beyond in every conceivable way. It’s not hyperbole to say we were all blown away by their warmth, kindness, thoughtfulness, and the knowledge they kindly shared about the area. I am convinced there is no better place to stay in all of NYC. Book it. I promise you’ll be thrilled you did.

My group and I traveled to NYC to visit some friends residing in the area.Check-in is seamless, and the hosts live on the property in case anything needs attention. The separate entry-way was nice since our group split up a few times and we were worried about being bothersome coming back at various times. Each bedroom came with an en-suite bathroom, including the bedroom next to the living room (no separate bathroom for living room/kitchen). We also used the pull-out bed in the living room which was a nice option for single travelers in the group. The property exceeded our expectations, the interior was clean and well maintained. I personally resided in the primary bedroom upstairs, the king bed came with controls to adjust the height of the bed which felt luxurious. There was also a walk-in closet with hangers. The bathrooms were gorgeous and they provided some body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, I will mention the property location is about a 15 minute walk to the nearest subway station, but there’s a bus that takes you straight there nearby.
