Perfect space for a summer trip with our 1 year old. He loved running around in the green space right outside the condo. And the location is quiet and relaxing, set off the main road, but still a quick walk to town and an easy walk back for nap time. The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable. As others stated, the couch cushions are worn down. But we didn’t spend much time sitting in the living room so wasn’t a big deal for us. We will definitely be back!

The location is fantastic! Close to downtown and the ski shuttle pickup is one block. The unit had everything we needed and the property had hot tubs, pool etc. we would definitely stay here again.

Breck StayCation

Great location and just simple enough for a little vacation over the weekend for myself and girlfriend. Would suggest to others as well. Walking to town is an ease and cool place.

Week long stay for 2

The check-in process was extremely easy, the location was absolutely perfect. It was a little bit small but that is stated in the listing. It absolutely can fit 4 people however 2 was comfortable fit.

Clean but could use some updating. Location was great, we were able to walk to everything. Check in process was easy and communication was great. Works good for 2 people but it’d be tight with any more than that.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was a great location, just off Main Street with easy access to the slopes. I had an issue upon arrival with wifi access, but the property worked quickly to fix it and get me online. Other than that, the property was clean and well-equipped--perfect for my solo stay. My only (minor) complaints were that (1) you can hear quite a bit from the surrounding units, but no one was excessively loud and the property kindly provided earplugs and eye masks in case you need them; and (2) I thought the water had a slightly heavy/metallic taste and smell--fine for cooking and cleaning, but I chose to buy bottled water for drinking.

We would love to go back asap. We loves the closeness of the property to the main street and the hot tub and game room / pool table was amazing!

Great location!

Great location! Will sleep 4, but small. We spent most of our time out and about, so it wasn't an issue. Location is about a 5 min walk to lift or Main Street.

The unit was clean and fairly comfortable. We didn’t interact directly with any staff but the instructions they sent were great. Water pressure in the shower was inconsistent and the sofa bed was really uncomfortable. Kitchenette was well stocked. Super walkable to town!

We only stayed for the night and really only used the place to sleep. We did enjoy the communal area very much. We loved the fire pit and the ping pong downstairs. The only thing and this is me being nitpicky is the bed frame could use some tightening up. Nothing serious at all. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and the next time we stay in Breck we know where to go.

Perfect for a weekend ski trip!

Renting the property was easy through the VRBO app. We were given lots of messages about rules, addresses, pin codes, etc.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fun time here. It could be cleaner but it had more than enough amenities. The rollout really is comfortable.

Great spot

Enjoyed staying here. Feels bigger than the listing shows. Great location for everything in Breck. Shower was the only problem. Water pressure was non existent and constantly going from extreme cold to hot. Hard to enjoy a shower. Other than that, I would stay again here.

A bit small, I should have listened to the reviews and listing (2 people)

The location was awesome and I wish I had just taken the warning of using a max of 2 people to heart. It's basically not possible to have 4 people in here without forcing one party to stay in the bedroom until the pull-out couch party wakes up.

Outdated abd needs fixing up

The place is very tired. Looks like it was built on the 70’s and never updated. Very tired. It is not ski in/out as listed.
