We loved our time in this lovely home! Every space was clean and inviting and our family of 4 had plenty of space to lounge and spend time together. The location of this property is PERFECT - short walks to everything in town. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and we can’t wait to stay again. Danny was very welcoming and having a keyless entry made check in and check out easy.

We enjoyed exploring St. Augustine for the first time and staying in this conveniently-located rental. It is in walking distance to area attractions and yet far enough away from the main thoroughfare so the neighborhood was fairly quiet most of the time, even on St. Patrick’s Day! You do hear renters in the downstairs unit, although everyone followed the 10 pm curfew. The kitchen was great, the beds were comfortable, the dining seating less so. The property management team was quick to address a concern. Check in and out were seamless. Thanks for a great stay!

This property looked like it was abandoned prior to being used as ab Airbnb. Here are some pictures to show how dilapidated the home was. Everything was broken not one surface in that home was clean or free of damage. The couch was flaking off on my brother-in-law when he woke up from his nap he was covered in black pieces of plastic. The door knobs fell off in our hands. The showerhead so oxidized it was green. The ceiling was flaking off and had mold. Everything was cracked. A window in the sunroom was cracked and being held together with tape. The window in the kitchen did not open. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and loud. The entire house was slouching. The bathroom was horrendous. The list goes on and on the owner of this home should be embarrassed and ashamed of the condition that they are renting this house out in. The only good thing about this property was its proximity to Flagler College. I’m all for staying in a historical home with character, but this house was a nightmare. It ruined my birthday vacation a complete waste of money not to mention a health and safety hazard to my children.

There is nothing about this home that looks "abandoned", and many of these complaints are characteristics of 100 year old historic homes in the downtown district. This is a great budget friendly option for staying within walking distance of everything and is priced accordingly.

This unit is in the absolute perfect location in the historic area. 5 minute walk to St George Street and 2 trolley stops. Easy walking to all the key areas. Convenient onsite parking.The unit itself is charming with a nicely equipped kitchen and sunlit eating area. The bedroom with the 2 beds is HUGE with plenty of extra space. The bedroom with the queen bed is much smaller with just a small closet. Bathroom is small, but updated. Beds are comfortable and the AC was definitely appreciated!Danny was super responsive and got back to me within an hour.My only word of caution is that this is the top unit and the sound travels a lot between floors. We were lucky to have good people below us.

We came with our 2 teenage boys and really enjoyed the proximity to the Historic District where everything was easy to walk to within minutes. The house itself had a lot of charm of being an old home, but with a nice updated kitchen and bathroom. We had the upstairs unit and only heard the other renters the few times the baby cried which wasn't much at all. The pillows were a little too firm for me personally, but the husband and kids had no issues, and slept like a rock. The roads were being redone during our stay 6/18-21 but other than that, we were very happy with the stay and would stay again if we are in the area.
