Very nice property conveniently located to the beach and pool. Lovely view of the ocean from the balcony. Everything for a nice getaway, just bring your beach towels and blow dryers!

We loved our stay at this condo. We had 2 families of 4 and it worked out great. The pool is fantastic and proximity to the beach is excellent. The only challenge is the boardwalk has stairs so you will have to lift and carry your coolers and beach carts. Will be back!

Very walkable community. Beach and pool were both close but there is no view other than greenery. We enjoyed our stay!Communication was very good and prompt.Wish the cable situation was a little better (unable to watch any NCAA games as there was virtually no cable options.)

Thank you, Michele! I’m so glad you enjoyed the walkable community, nearby beach and pool, and had a great stay overall. I also appreciate your feedback regarding the cable—while traditional cable options are limited, there are streaming services available throughout the condo for guest use. We truly appreciate your kind words about the communication and would love to host you again in the future!

Enjoyed our stay!

Great location on the Omni property. You’re a few steps away from the beach and the pool is great to take a dip in after a beach day. The kitchen supplies could use a few replacements, otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Beach Oasis

We enjoyed our stay at this beach condo! All of the decor updates were really nice. There were a few small amenities that were missing (tissues, kitchen supplies) but nothing major. The access to the beach was wonderful. All around a great place to stay. I would definitely book this place again and recommend it to others.

Amelia Island Plantation stay

We truly enjoyed being on the plantation with the walking and biking trails. The pool and beach were very close, beautiful and well maintained. The pictures of the unit were dated and the kitchen sparsely furnished. The refrigerator had a shelf missing and one drawer kept falling out. Besides that the unit fit 8 family members comfortably.

Family Vacation

We had a great time at the condo. Clean, comfortable, nice layout. Would rent it again. The only areas of improvement I could see is the shared bathroom could use a little facelift and that the condo is a little light on kitchen supplies (glasses, cups, etc). We did a lot of cooking in the condo and went out to grab some paper plates and solo cups to supplement. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay.

Great girls getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was very comfortable and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed at our disposal. The only tip I would have is to add a note that you have to flip a wall switch to use the microwave oven. We thought it was broken and discovered the switch would provide power only by accident.

Wonderful Spring Break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WE recently stayed for a week at 1149 Beach Walker. It was a rescheduled trip from last year due to COVID restrictions. The unit has recently been updated and it was wonderful. The decor is amazing and the finishes had all been updated. My only suggestion would be filtered water capabilities in the kitchen. The unit has a beautiful ocean peak a boo view. The proximity to the new pool and the beach was great for our family of 5.
