THE SPACE

The kitchen is fully stocked for real family cooking, opening onto a cozy living room with an electric fireplace on the third floor and central AC throughout.

Outside, the private hot tub and turf sitting area are the heart of the home, alongside a gas grill and an outdoor dining and bar setup made for sunset cocktails and alfresco meals. An outdoor shower rinses off sandy feet after a day at the beach, and the enclosed yard gives everyone room to spread out — corn hole, spike ball, and beach gear are all provided, plus an Xbox for game nights indoors.

The third-floor porch delivers a genuine ocean view over the dune, with beach access just a short walk across the street — this is an ocean-view home, not directly on the sand. Flagler Beach's restaurants, coffee shops, and bars are close by, and it's a short drive to historic St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, and Washington Oaks Park, with Orlando's theme parks about an hour away.
