You'll be living the oceanfront life in this family-friendly space with all the amenities you could need. That includes the all-important central air conditioning! The full kitchen (set on the central floor) features full-size appliances and equipment to help you put tasty meals together. Guests of the lowest floor will enjoy a minifridge and dining area all their own, making it a perfect suite for guests who want a little more privacy. All guests of this condo can enjoy access to two shared heated pools, a shared tennis court, and an outdoor shower during their stay. Naturally, there's also room on the balcony for everyone to share beach tales as the sun goes down.

Fun Mini 4th of July Vacation

We had a Great time and fun experience; condo was clean and comfy and plenty of room for all of us. We are definitely going to be staying here again.

A perfect quiet get-away!

The property is lovely, and the beach is one of the best I've ever visited -- soft sand, quiet, lots of shallows for wading and walking. Great location for visiting the attractions of St. Augustine but also being "away from it all."

The views from the balcony and master bedroom are worth it. 20ft from the beach, sunrise view every morning, coffee to the sound of ocean waves

excellent location

excellent location. walkway to the beach access on the photos look deceiving and looks way further than in actual reality. so much closer in person. just out the back door. so convenient and made the whole stay so pleasant especially with small children who has to constantly run back to the house. loved that we had the entire 3 floors and did not have to worry about making too much noise and worry about the people above or below us. only downside that we would say is that the oven and stove top does not get as hot as we would like so it took longer to cook our meals and kitchen supplies as far as serving plates and bowls were limited but other than that everything else was great and we will definitely be back

Better than the photos

What an amazing visit, definitely didn’t stay as long as we should have. The space was amazing and clean! The photos don’t do the space justice and the view is amazing from every floor. Will definitely be back! The only issue was the coffee maker took about an hour to brew coffee but the view was better than a cup of coffee!

Clean with great view!

Our only complaint about this place was insufficient amount of silverware and no toaster. The downstairs ceiling light did not work and it was too dark. Replace all the burnt out light bulbs and add more silverware and a toaster and this place would be 5 stars. Very Clean and management was responsive.

Wonderful Location for a nice stay

We had an excellent time at this condo! If you have ever debated between staying on the ground floor for easiest access to the beach, or staying on a top floor to have excellent views of the ocean and a porch, with this unit you don't have to choose! The ground floor is the closest possible to the beach; the middle floor had a lovely porch overlooking the water, and the top floor had a magnificent view from the master bedroom! The beds were comfortable enough, the kitchen had everything needed, and the unit was just what we could have wanted for a week at the beach. The complex had friendly people and nice amenities. The unit was not luxurious or in perfect condition, but was very comfortable and functional, and was just right for our large family, since it had so much space. We find ourselves dreaming of another chance to visit here!

Beautiful view of the beach

Loved the proximity to the beach and the pool. Condo needs some minor repairs so first impressions are not the best…but the location makes up for that and last impression is spectacular. I would rent this condo again. A/C downstairs did not work and so we had 4 days without downstairs A/C working but it was fixed on Wednesday. Upstairs A/C worked great.

Beach house

Nice - need inventory of dishes. Eg no salad bowl or large pot (just small or huge), coffee pot missing pieces, no empty cupboard for food. Ice maker broken. Advertise as 4 BR but really just 2 bonafide bedrooms plus 2 large beds in the basement. But fun anyway.

Crescent Beach

We have stayed at 4 Winds for many years, and the views of the ocean and ease of getting to the beach are great. We had a wonderful time this week, however, this condo, while comfortable, needs some serious TLC. The furniture is very dirty both on the lower level and the second floor living room. Numerous broken floor tiles are on every level. The Ac and plumbing worked fine , thank goodness. but everything else felt old and worn out . Any increase of rates should come with a complete refresh of the interior.

Great location, but needs some attention

This property was ideally located with a view overlooking the beach, but needed some serious attention. It smelled of mildew on the top level, the dishwasher shut off mid-cycle several times, there was grime and mold in the showers and vents, the sliding door on the main level wouldn’t close properly, and the temperature difference between the levels was considerable (extremely hot downstairs but very cold upstairs). It was a nice enough place for the location (steps away from the beach), but definitely needed to be better maintained.

80° in lower level!

This place is gorgeous, but the lower level had no a/c! Technicians made a trip out but could not repair b/c they were not authorized by owners to do anything over $1000. Owners had to be aware, as this HVAC had been worked on previously. If you can sleep in an 80° room with the ocean outside, heres your place.

At least one of the pools was closed the entire week we were there. Not once were both open at the same time. BE AWARE OF THE STAIRS THERE ARE NO ELEVATORS! Stairs stairs everywhere!!! Even in some of the condos! Our condo was listed at poolside but that was inaccurate. It over looked the pool but we had to tote things up and down stairs everyday. I would stay here again, I would just make sure I got a ground level unit with no stairs. Very inconvenient with children. Units were nice and clean.

Not all that was advertized

Advertized mini fridge and beach towels. Mini fridge did not work and there were no beach towel we called they brought 2 for group of 7. Had to call back becuse one toilet was not working. There were light bulbs out and 2 tv remotes were missing batteries. Later we realuzed you had to stand there with the coffee pot and hold something to make it work. Just gave up calling at that point.

Great Family Vacation

Awesome beach condo! Right on the beach – great beach view from second level and convenient beach access from bottom level patio. I’ve been to Cocoa Beach the past several years. The Saint Augustine beach is much cleaner, and the sand is very soft. Only went to one of the pools, but it was very nice and clean. There is also a tennis court and basketball hoop. Some of the condo furnishing and kitchen equipment are a little dated, but it’s really the perfect beach condo and it has everything you will need. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my teenage son and friend. Both upstairs bedrooms were very nice, and the living/dining areas were perfect for us. Most of the lamps were unplugged, which I don’t get. Some were hard to plug in behind the beds. There was an outside air conditioning issue that was reported by the complex. Maintenance was onsite immediately, and Brittany kept us informed. The repairman validated both thermostats and units were working before departing. All in all, this is a great beach condo and totally deserves the 5 stars!

Great location but condo needs help. 3 stories and 2 flights of stairs

We enjoyed a 4 night stay at this condo. Positives: very close to beach with a stairless ramp which made wagons an easy way to tote stuff to the beach. Great shower area for getting off the beach sand. Beach is beautiful and must have been refurbished after hurricanes. The beach sand was soft, best sand on a beach we have experienced. Beds comfortable. Beautiful beach views from the condo. Negatives: kitchen needs reorganization and inventory improved. Not enough silverware, no hot pads, only 1 kitchen towel for 4 nights, not enough plastic cups to take on the beach, kitchen dishes,silverware, and pans seemed like a weird hodgepodge in the cabinets, ice maker didn’t work, not enough beach towels, I had to explain to 3 different people from the management company to get issues resolved. The unit needs a deep clean and paint! Handprints and other food like items stuck on wall, tiles on floor cracked and some move slightly when walked on, floor had stuck gummy like substance in grout area. Towel racks in bathroom broken , dresser drawer knobs broken. This condo needs a serious facelift! Management needs to come in and make a list of issues, and repair them. It seems like no one is really taking care of it. It has potential to be awesome!

Will pick a different unit next time (not E10)

The view was amazing!! We really enjoyed the location of this unit. We would stay at 4 winds again, but not this particular unit. It isn't well-maintained. When we arrived there were hairs all over the bedroom and bathroom floors, and no cleaning supplies anywhere to be found. The upstairs toilet repeatedly got clogged for no apparent reason. The stove didn't work well. It took us about an hour and a 1/2 to boil water for spaghetti, on top of the fact that there's only one large pot so we had to make noodles and sauce separately. After that we mostly ate out. Door handles are loose, walls have food splatter stains, shower drain was rusted, furniture is damaged. A couple TV remotes didn't have batteries. The master bedroom had no lamps or clocks on the bedside tables. The living room lamp doesn't work. We didn't have enough towels, and the office staff wouldn't help us since we booked through vrbo. Vacasa staff did respond quickly to our request and staff brought more towels. We had to get up in the middle of the night every night to reset the thermostat, because it would set itself at 80ﾟ.
