Cabin on Pressey Cove is a simple one room cabin in a fun, oceanfront setting. Enjoy tidal ocean frontage which offers beach at low tide and beautiful ocean water at high tide.
Cabin on Pressey Cove has the basic needs that one would want but not too many extra frills. The cabin enjoys outstanding views and access to Pressey Cove which is a dreamy landscape which to play and enjoy. The cabin has an open concept that includes a comfortable living area, a efficient kitchen with dining table with four seats and the sleeping area. There is a full bed in the sleeping area which is open to the living space. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area which could sleep an additional person or two and a pad site for a tent outside for an additional couple of guests if needed.
Pressey Cove Cottage does have a sleeper sofa if you have a kiddo traveling with you - the camp could accommodate that type of situation. The cottage does not have central heat so please do take that in to consideration when planning a stay at Cabin at Pressey Cove.
Need a break from the bustle of everyday life? If so come and spend some time in this simple cottage on the coast of Maine.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing (email is acceptable) and received by the Agent. Cancellations may only be made between the date that a reservation deposit is received and a date determined to be 45 days prior to the Guests’ scheduled arrival date. Cancellations within 45 days of arrival will not result in a refund in whole or part of rental funds received. If a cancellation is made prior to 45 days of arrival, the Agent shall make a good-faith effort to re-rent the property at the published rate for the reserved rental term. No refund of rents paid will be made until the cancelled period is re-rented and confirmed. If the cancelled period is re-rented, any rent and taxes paid will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. If the new rental amount is less than the published rate, any difference in rental rate will be deducted from the rental returned to the tenant. If the unit is not re-rented, all rental funds paid, processing fees and taxes shall be forfeited as damages.
This cancellation policy is strictly followed. Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for all vacations to cover many situations that may arise which might cause one to cancel vacation plans. Life happens and we don’t want you to lose your deposit. There are many independent insurance providers available to tenants. I understand that the insurance company holds this policy and that The Island Agency does not determine eligibility of claims.
