Located across the street from the beach, with a private pool, hot tub with water view, game room and under house entertaining area.

Unwind and enjoy in this tastefully furnished, ocean view home with lots of upgrades, including quartz kitchen countertops, stainless steel appliances, and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the entire property.

A private pool, hot tub on the rear deck, and easy beach access allow for plenty of waterside fun. The spacious layout, thoughtful floor plan, relaxing poolside patio, and generous decking provide various settings where you can slow down and enjoy life. Spectacular views of the ocean and sound and picturesque sunsets can be taken in from virtually every room. In the large great room you'll appreciate the huge windows, two ceiling fans, bluetooth speaker, and 55 inch TV with a DVD player. The roomy kitchen, overlooking the sound, easily handles large family meals.

​​​​​​​This home boasts four bedrooms with ceiling fans, ocean views, and direct deck access. On the ground floor there is a small game room with a foosball table, TV, futon and a refrigerator. Other extras include a collection of books, a DVD library, selected games and puzzles, an extra capacity washer/dryer, high chair, and wireless internet.

Perfect home for our stay

Everyone absolutely loved this place. The pool and got tub and outdoor spaces were what really drew us in. Furthermore, the living room and kitchen gave us plenty of space to gather inside. Also, having the downstairs fridge made loading up for the beach and having drinks by the pool super easy. Can't say enough nice things about this place...easy beach access and wonderful views too!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a nice relaxing week. The kids all Found shark teeth on the beach this week. The house is fully equipped with everything you’d need to cook. Crab boil dishes & spices too. The little appliances you’d need as well. Such a nice additive for a home away from home. The pool is small but got the job done for a long day at the beach. The house is big enough everyone in our party of 14 wasn’t on top of each other. Enough bathrooms that everyone could use without a line. Ocean view balconies were great. The only negative we had was the bugs! Ants are an issue, tiny ants, all around the pool and outside. Full colonies traveling along the fence and across the pool area.We seen some inside too but not much of concern. Also the SPIDERS! The marsh area so close makes for some scary spiders . My daughter now has a horror story of showering after the hot tub and having a huge spider with babies in her hair, washed down the drain. (We all laughed ,in horror lol) but definitely traumatic &scary. I’m talking tarantula looking! We had to scoop them a few times from the pool in the daytime. We were scared to use it at night. Lighting on the pool area would be nice & a new pool net to scoop bugs. The pool loses water even when not in use. So we just made sure to watch it and fill when needed. Also FROGS LOL, littleFrogs swim in the pool & hot tub at night. We had tadpoles mid week. The front door could use a new bottom seal as well, so no bugs get in.

Everything You Could Ever Need

Beautiful property with everything you could possibly need. That kitchen is stocked with enough dishes and cookware to cook for a large family. Vacasa was very helpful with anything we needed. It was very clean and we loved having a pool too. Definitely going to try to book this place again next year. Best vacation ever.

family beach trip

in general the property was okay. the location was good. it felt child friendly. we had several issues related to septic, trash, ants, and pool cleanliness which were addressed.

Weekly Stay

Our visit was great, the house was clean, just needs repainted in some areas. The king bed on the 3rd floor was comfortable. The pool had a leak somewhere and needed filled up about 5” every day. A walk across the road to the beach is convenient.

We had a great time here! The house was clean! The communication was a little lacking! I never spoke with a person everything was done via e-mail! I was not sure what to do with trash or sheets. The patio under the house and pool patio was a great gathering place to play games or just relax with a book!! The beach was right across street and we had a beautiful view out the front of the house and a beautiful sunset over the marsh in the back! The only negative is that the mattresses are in need of replacement and the furniture needs a professional cleaning!! We would stay at this property again!

Nice location, comfortable stay.

Nice location, a walk across the road to beach. Can see ocean from master bedroom. Home is very clean and comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen! The only issues were lots of steps. Kitchen is on 3rd floor. Not ideal for older people or small kiddos. Our 2.5 yo grandson did okay with inside steps. Pool has a leak. We had to keep filling daily. It is not evaporation issue. No ants as reported in past reviews.

Hi Marcel, thank you for your feedback and bringing your concerns to our attention. We have checked with our pool technician, and they have confirmed that the pool is equipped with an auto-fill device, so there should be no need for daily manual refilling. Regarding the hot tub, there was a brief issue lasting about a week that required adding water, but no other pool-related problems have been reported.

Double Blessing

The location and amenities were A++ The house was clean, tastefully decorated and had great views in front and back. There are 29 steep steps to the great room so if you have old folks or physically challenged folks, this is not the place for you. We did have a battle with ants so this seems to be a recurring problem.

Loved the property!

I felt this house had best of both worlds.. you had ocean view from the top front deck and had the sound view from the back deck. The house was up to date and clean. Had all the dishes/silverware/appliances we needed. We got to check in early which was nice. Only thing negative I can say is the pool had stopped filtering and when pool cleaners came they fixed it so wasn’t a big deal.

Great outdoor space & close to the beach!

The outdoor space was the highlight: spacious outdoor shower, small pool, hot tub, and plenty of outdoor furniture to eat lunch in the shade. Additionally, we loved all the decks. The other pro was a very short walk to the beach! Biggest cons were that the fridge/freezer stopped working while we were there and the middle floor thermostat only worked intermittently. We submitted work orders, so hopefully those things will be fixed. Vacasa was helpful and responsive for these issues.

Fun!

We loved the house’s location. It is a super quick walk to the beach and just one quick cross of the road and you are at the beach. There was plenty of room. They bedrooms were nice and bathrooms spacious. The kitchen was pretty and well equipped! The only real problem we had was there were 🐜 ants in the kitchen, and 🐜 ants in the bunk room and 🐜 ants in the dresser of the same room where the kids had their clothes in. Not a huge deal we just dried the clothes and put them back into their suitcases. But hey, it’s the beach. It seems like ants are a pretty common issue….nothing bad enough to keep us away from coming again. Just a minor inconvenience. We had a lovely, lovely time!!! We have never stayed at the same house twice, but we would TOTALLY come back here.

The open floor plan is great. And the covered area below the house was especially nice. The house was pretty clean when we arrived. The house is in need of small repairs. The pool had some sand in it but that is not a big deal. However as the week went on the pool cleaner came two times and we couldn’t tell that they did anything. The water was cloudy and the sand in the bottom was not vacuumed out, there was a lot of hair on the drain in the deep end. All of this being said we will definitely consider renting it next year.
