Summary:

Enjoy a stylish experience at this spotless centrally located 1 Bedroom in the heart of Halifax. Filled with modern amenities, Casper queen bed, 65 inch TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer. This condo is within walking distance to restaurants, bakery, hospitals, the Public Gardens and all that downtown has to offer, including being only a 7-minute walk to the waterfront. The unit has a huge private patio with LOTS of sunshine. Indoor parking available @ $25 / day

Experience the charm of Halifax while relaxing in our spotless, modern and bright 1 Bedroom unit.



This 1 bedroom unit has a full kitchen with 6 appliances, bedroom with a Casper queen size mattress & bathroom with a shower and tub .



We are located in the heart of it all. Steps from the Scotiabank Centre. There are plenty of delicious spots to eat and grab coffee and a pastry. We are a 2 minute walk to a major bus routes and only a 5-7 minute walk to the newly developed waterfront.

You have full private access to the unit and a wonderful full-size gym within the property.



Other Things to Note:

Located in downtown Halifax, this property is within a 10 minute walk to the Halifax Waterfront Boardwalk and Casino Nova Scotia. Scotiabank Centre is just around the corner and 5 minutes away. Halifax Convention Centre about 7 minutes.



You will be in the middle of it all that the downtown has to offer. Get ready to enjoy the delicious food and bakery around the corner, while enjoying a beverage at the local bar where the vibe is always live!!

Donnie was very attentive, frequently checking in with us. The condo building was in a very convenient location. The condo was very clean with comfortable.

The apartment was in a great location, close to the downtown tourist sites as well as close to great restaurants in North Halifax. Check-in and checkout were both very smooth and the communications were all very clear.

We recommend this apartment highly. It is bright, clean, spacious, with all modern appliances, and ideally situated. Communication was fast and helpful. Just an absolute delight to have rented this apartment.

Fantastic stay at The Anthony. Absolutely no complaints or even minor suggestions. The apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet, well appointed, and included a parking garage (extra charge), gym and in-unit laundry. The central location had excellent north side restaurants and is easily walkable to downtown. The only thing missing is a walkable grocery store. Communication with the host and management team was excellent. We loved our stay.

The location and the quality of the property was excellent. Donnie was our host and his communication was impeccable...incredibly responsive and very professional. The only concern I have is we had to reduce our stay for one less night. This was communicated well in advance and Donnie responded immediately. However the reimbursement amount for the one night was not clearly identified, nor was the booking updated to show a lesser total amount for the booking. We did receive some money back, but I don't know if that was truly the amount for one less night or not.

Host was most welcoming and very accommodating.He met with us, brought us to the parking then brought us to our stay.Explained how everything worked and also told us if we need anything just to reach out.Great location...walking to many pubs, bars, groceries and coffee spots.Easy to get to many placesThe place was well equipped in the kitchen, comfortable bed, great balcony and huge walk in shower.Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend staying here.With it being winter time, it was great not having to clean off a car or dig out from snow.Thanks Donnie, appreciate all your helpKindest regards Rick & Karen

Beautiful apartment in Halifax. It was very clean with updated furniture. The sheets were so comfortable!! It is within walking distance to many Halifax attractions. We parked once and walked the rest of the time we were there. While there was a bit of confusion over the garage parking, Donnie was very quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend!
