Upstairs, a second living and game room gives the group another place to relax, play, and gather. Five bedrooms and four full bathrooms sleep up to sixteen, making this an easy choice for reunions, multi-family trips, and celebrations.



Outside is where this home shines. The private fenced backyard centers on a freeform pool with a waterfall and built-in benches, surrounded by lounge chairs, picnic tables, and a charcoal grill. Sleeping Arrangements

Primary Bedroom (first floor): a king bed, walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bath with a walk-in shower.

Bunk Room (first floor): two twin-over-twin bunk beds with pull-out trundles, sleeping up to six, with a built-in closet.

Third Bedroom (second floor): a queen bed with a dresser and double french doors opening to the front balcony with a bayside view.

Fourth Bedroom (second floor): a full bed, built-in storage, a large full-length mirror, and a private ensuite bath with a walk-in shower.

Fifth Bedroom (second floor): a full-over-full bunk bed tucked into a nook with built-in storage, ideal for kids or extra guests.

Seascape Villa offers four full bathrooms, each finished with a modern walk-in shower and a stylish vanity, so busy mornings and post-pool rinse-offs are easy for the whole group. Fresh towels and bath essentials are provided.



Living Areas

The first-floor living room is open to the kitchen and dining area, with a comfortable sectional, a stone accent wall, and a 72-inch TV for movie nights. Upstairs, a second living and game room adds even more space to spread out, with couches, another 72-inch TV, a foosball table, and a games area. With two living spaces, the group never feels crowded.



Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for cooking for a crowd, with full-size stainless appliances, generous counter space, and a modern waterfall island with built-in seating. Gather around the island and the dining tables for family meals, then take the party upstairs to the second dining nook by the game room.



Pool & Outdoor Space

The private, fenced backyard is the heart of this home. Cool off in the freeform pool with its waterfall and submerged benches, claim a lounge chair in the sun, and fire up the charcoal grill for dinner. Picnic tables and open space make room for outdoor games, and the covered patio below the deck offers shade when you need it. Upstairs, the large balcony and covered porch are perfect for morning coffee and catching the bay breeze. For your safety, please be advised that the swimming pool does not have built-in lighting. We encourage guests to limit pool use to daylight hours or ensure adequate exterior lighting is available before entering the pool area at night.

Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended to make the most of the island, and the home offers free on-site parking for your group.

Other Things to Note:

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in consideration of our neighbors.

• Pets are not permitted.

• The minimum age to rent is 25.

• Maximum occupancy is 16 guests, and only registered guests are permitted on the property.

• The private pool has no lifeguard on duty; please supervise children closely at all times.

• This is a two-story home with interior stairs to the second floor.

• A charcoal grill is provided for outdoor cooking.

• Every reservation includes accidental damage protection for added peace of mind.

• Additional fees and taxes may apply to your reservation total.

• Please note that if your stay includes a Monday or Thursday, our scheduled pool maintenance team may arrive during the day to perform routine pool cleaning.

• No smoking, parties, or events.
