It seemed slightly run down. Several toilets didn’t work right, coffee maker was broken, ice machine was broken, pool was dirty. But overall it was fine for a group of 12 girls on a bachelorette trip

Our only complaint was the 2nd floor ran very warm.

Really great location! Communication was perfect. Instructions to get to the beach were a little confusing so wish that would’ve been on the website. Also not all of the bathrooms had soap but would definitely recommend & stay again!!

The house and the pool were perfect for us. Just what we wanted. The communication with Oversee was quick and helpful. Our only disappointment was the deeded beach. We could not use our canopy. It was lined with umbrellas and chairs as far as you could see that you had to rent. If you did not rent them, you had to sit behind them or in the water. A public beach was available 1/2 mile to 3/4mile down the beach, that we could have gone too, but we would have to cross through water to get to it. That was not easy with a wagon, beach stuff and a baby. We were treated unfairly because we did not rent the chairs and umbrellas. So, it was hard to enjoy the beach.

We enjoyed our stay. The house fit the needs of our family with number of bedrooms and bathrooms. We did have an issue with the pool heater and the property manager was very prompt in responding and communicating with us and getting the issue resolved. We did lose a few days of pool time but we did enjoy the pool area and the porches. The house was in a great location for walking to the beach and walking or biking to places. We found the house to be clean and have everything we needed as far as kitchen and what was listed they would provide. There were small maintenance things we noticed like the kitchen faucet dripping if not shut off a certain way the half bath toilet was slow to fill so if someone else used it within few minutes after they couldn’t flush it and the chain on the 2nd floor master toilet kept falling off. Overall we would recommend this house and would consider staying there again.
