NOTE*** During Clubhouse hours (9am-6:30pm) You need to go to the front desk. You will need to provide your IDs, Reservation Information, and the license plate number of the primary vehicle.

Once the above information is verified and recorded by the front desk staff you will pay the leisure patron amenity access fee ($35-$45) and then you will be issued car passes, and the Resort Access Card. You will also be provided a pamphlet with resort information.

Other things to note
NO SMOKING of any kind in the house. The pool area outside is where guests are allowed to smoke, however there will be a fine of U$250.00 if you smoke inside the house.


THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. The following is provided for the initial part of your stay.

· Toilet paper in each bathroom
· 1 roll of paper towels
· 3 pods for dishwasher
· 3 pods for washer
· Small bag of dryer sheets

Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase additional personal toiletries and desired meals.


POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT

· Cost: $40.00 per day. Please message Scott and let him know you want pool/jacuzzi heated and he will send payment request.
·
· Temperature will be around 89 degrees in pool except in very cold air temp days. Jacuzzi will heat to 104 degrees.
· Must be requested 24h in advance so the temperature will be at the expected level by your arrival. Any last-minute requests will be gladly honored but the temperature takes some time to reach the desired level.

ADDITIONAL fee for pets per night: $30.00

Damage fee: $250.00 will be charged in case of damages requiring deep cleaning. Pets are not allowed on the bed, please respect the next guests. Any damages caused by the Guest's pet(s) to the property during the stay are the Guest's responsibility.
