Upstairs Primary Suite: Luxurious king-size bed, en-suite bath, walk-in closet, private access to outdoor balcony, a large closet, plus a pull out sofa chair with a twin bed, & TV.
Third Bedroom: King bed with large balcony sliding glass doors, en-suite bathroom & TV.
Fourth Bedroom: King bed with Jack and Jill en-suite bathroom and walk in closet, & TV.
Fifth Bedroom: Twin-over-queen bunk bed, Jack and Jill en-suite bathroom, & TV.
Each bedroom features smart TVs, high-quality linens, and ample storage, ensuring every guest enjoys comfort and privacy. Bathrooms are outfitted with modern fixtures.

Main Living Room: Open-concept with plush seating, large smart TV, and easy access to the kitchen and dining area plus sliding glass doors that enter the backyard with pool/hottub, and gorgeous pond views.
Secondary Living Room / Media Room: Perfect for movie nights or gaming sessions, complete with comfortable seating that pulls out into a queen bed if needed, and an additional smart TV.

The gourmet kitchen is designed for home chefs and entertaining with modern stainless steel appliances, refrigerator plus drink fridge (additional fridge in garage as well), oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers, blender, and cookware provided. The large kitchen island is a perfect place to gather, or enjoy the elegant dining area for up to 10 guests.

For those needing to work remotely or study, a dedicated desk/office space is provided with high-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, and plenty of outlets.

This home features two laundry rooms equipped with washer and dryer, ironing board, and a starter pack of detergent — perfect for longer stays or multiple families. One laundry station is on the main floor and one is upstairs so you don't need to carry dirty clothes up and down stairs.
