Another fabulous week at Bayview Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hard to believe our week flew by as quickly as it did! The house is incredible and the location cannot be beat. The house has plenty of space, no one feels on top of each other. Stocked with all the necessities, we barely left! Steps to the incredible beach, we had an amazing time and will be back!

Beautiful house & amazing location

The house was beautiful and clean. Even better was the short location to the incredibly beautiful beach. It was a 1 minute walk to the beach. We had a great time. Highly recommend this place.

Great ocean-side stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: The location of this rental couldn't be any better- it was extremely convenient to be able to walk back and forth to the beach as needed throughout the day. The extra TV space in the basement was great for the kids, and it was nice having a bathroom on each level. It's bright and spacious, and comfortably fit our family of 6.Cons: The 9am checkout is pretty early, and not being able to check in until 4pm was kind of a bummer- especially if the house has already been cleaned and is just sitting ready to go. It would have been nice if we could have at least parked a car in the driveway and gone to the beach while waiting for the 4pm check-in. Most of the exterior lights are burnt out, making it difficult when you return to the house late at night. While the kitchen is nice and spacious, everything seemed to be shoved in to random cabinets- it was hard finding what you needed because of this. Overall- We had a great stay and we would certainly rent here again.

We are happy to hear you had a great stay and that you thoroughly took advantage of all that the house has to offer! That said, I looked back in the notes in your reservation and do not see any emails or phone calls regarding an issue with the outside lighting. We include contact information on your welcome packet for any service requests so please let us know on your next visit if can can assist with anything during your stay. We are always happy to help!

Perfect Week at the Beach

The property was clean and bright. The proximity to the beach really couldn't have been any more perfect. We would walk out the door, through the parking lot and down the path to the beach. It was easy to come back to the condo if we forgot something or needed a break. The 2 things I was looking for - cleanliness and close to the beach. It was a really great week at a beautiful beach!
