This brand new construction A-Frame cabin offers stunning mountain views from the two-level decks and inside the home. You can take in the gorgeous Smoky Mountain scenery anywhere on the property, including the private hot tub. Perfect after a long hike in the Smoky Mountains National Park.

The main floor has soaring vaulted ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows offer a stunning backdrop for your family’s time together. Beautifully appointed with mid-century modern furniture and interesting architectural details, and provides plenty of space for family gatherings, dining, and cooking. Enjoy time with the family while cooking a delicious meal in the modern designer kitchen. The kitchen is also well stocked with coffee equipment and supplies so you can start your day off right.

Downstairs is where all the fun begins! A HUGE game room with a state of the art driving simulator, skee-ball, air hockey, smart TV, and wet bar. There's something for everyone in the family to play.

The fun doesn't stop at the game room though, there is a dedicated movie theater with authentic theater lounger chairs and an 85" TV. If you'd rather doing more gaming, the 85" TV also has a PS5 connected, complete with some top titles pre-installed.

For the smaller kiddos, there's a bunk room (parental supervision required) with a ball pit and chairs that are just their size.

Outside, we have two decks with stunning views of Wears Valley. The top deck has a fire pit, lounge seating, and a gas grill for you to enjoy. The lower deck has a hot tub so you can relax after a day of exploring everything the Smokies have to offer.

A complementary EV charger is available as we know charging in the Smokies can be challenging. Skip the lines at the charging stations and wake up to a full charge each morning!

· Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside or outside the property.
· A separate short-term rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. Reservations will be canceled if not signed. The agreement will be sent via our Channel Manager, OwnerRez.
· This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood; noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will immediately terminate your stay without a refund.
· We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance with your reservation to cover you in case of trip interruption, weather, or travel delays.
· 4WD vehicle is required in snowy/icy conditions.
· No cats are permitted due to owner's severe allergies.
· We are dog-friendly for well-behaved dogs for an additional fee per pet (maximum of 3). Pets are not allowed on the furniture, beds, or pool. Additional fees will be assessed if this policy is not honored. This is for the benefit of all guests and our cleaning staff.
