Walk to the beach area was easy. Included beach chairs and umbrella, a real plus compared to many other places these days.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The fact that there is tree swimming pools makes this resort feels rich and fancy. We appreciate that bicycles, beach chairs and umbrella is included in the price. Our family visited Magnoila House tree times and planning to do it again in the future.

We loved this condo and the entire property! Walk to the beach was about 5 minutes but it was such a nice walk (walkway over a beautiful pond/small lake) that we didn't mind the walk at all! We enjoyed the ferry ride over to the Harbor Walk, as well as the Harbor Walk fireworks we could see from our patio on Thursday night. We noticed our patio was double the size of most others in the building. Pools (3 of them!) were all very nice and never seemed crowded at all! We definitely enjoyed the smart TV in the living room..as much as we loved being outside, it was nice to wind down at night and watch Netflix. Everything in the condo was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable but I've never slept on one that was. The main bedroom mattress is on the firm side, but that was good with us. Nothing really to complain about with this condo! Communication was great with the owner. Would for sure stay here again!

What I loved the most is the private beach and pool were just steps away, and the host was great and responded quickly! I will definitely be staying again
