Set in the quiet Sandstone Point community, you'll be within a couple blocks from beach access and just a quick drive to dining and shopping options.



The light pouring in from the sliding glass doors highlights this cozy getaway. Flip through the cable channels on the flatscreen HDTV, or cuddle up with a good book by the gas fireplace.



Step out on your private balcony and take in the stunning ocean views. Snap a few pictures and send them to friends back home with the in-house WiFi. Pop some leftovers in the microwave and head back on the balcony to enjoy a quick bite as the waves crash.



When it's time to turn in, this studio flat has room for up to four guests and your canine companions (for a small nightly pet fee). Enjoy a rejuvenating night of sleep in the soft king-size bed, while your guests can rest easy on the soft sofabed.

Good place to stay. Close walk to the beach. Parking was a challenge, but I would definitely stay there again.

Fireplace was not working and a few jets in the tub as well. Not very private.Walls are thin so it got pretty noisy at times . Good for young family with pets . Parking was good.

The fireplace and tub were very nice. The ocean view was ok but probably better from a higher floor. The bed was very comfortable. Definitely a great deal for the price. Definitely will be staying here again.

NO HOT WATER at this place, I left. Luckily they refunded the whole amount, after trying to contact them for 2 days. The directions they gave me were flat out wrong. This location is in a large awkward parking lot with 2 motels. I had to walk around searching for someone to talk to to help me find the place. The code they gave me did not work. I walked around again looking for someone to help me and I found a space that looked like an office and opened the door and walked right into someone else's room! They were not there, thank goodness, but the door was unlocked. The phone number to call for help was incorrect. Luckily the people at the wrong number knew the correct number. After waiting on hold I finally got someone to help. Kept trying different codes that did not work. He directed me to a lock box, which didn't work until the 3rd try after jiggling it and forcing it to open. Finally found a key and tried the lock, and the lock was super weird and twisted in circles and took several tries. Asked for early check in (ahead of time) and was denied, I was exhausted from the drive and whole ordeal to just get in the place. Was in the room for 2 hours and decided to shower off all the stress but there was no hot water, not even luke warm, that was the fat straw that broke the camels back, I finally left! Getting a refund took two days but they gave me all my money back, as they should because I was only in the room for 2 hours.

It is very spartan and dated. At least one electrical outlet did not work, the shower did not work. The picture shows the property close to the beach, and you can see the ocean through the trees, but the one minute walk to the beach is a misrepresentation. Getting the door to lock was difficult. I followed the instructions four or five times before it finally locked. Customer service was a joke!
