Beautiful beachfront location. Great value and beautiful view. Balcony was amazing for watching the boats and waves.

We had to do some cleaning when we arrived. There were some things that were in disrepair. All in all though, it was a nice stay. There was a courtesy basket of dog supplies. The staff is friendly. The view is good. It is well heated.

We had a wonderful time! Bedrooms are big and spacious...The view was spectacular!!! My only issue was they needed more comfortable seating for 14 people couch,sectional for more seating.We made it work! Thanks for having us!

Place didn’t have things like a spatula, salt and pepper, wine opener, only one chair on the balcony, no extra blankets on the big beds, but was a great layout and price for lots of people. And the view was amazing!

Honestly, this unit has an amazing view, just beautiful and not a bad walk down to the beach. But the unit itself is in rough shape. We didn’t find it “comfortable”. The furniture is old and mismatched, it did not match the photos they showed in the listing when we booked it. The issue was addressed with management and they made compensation for the misrepresentation.

The common area is spacious and bright. The room facing the ocean was beautiful, without the blockout curtain, you will be awakened by the bright light. The beds were making squeaky noise with every turn. They provided a cute little basket for my dog, unfortunately, my dog was not feeling well, so we decided not to bring him with us. Love the easy access to the beach. Overall, it’s not a bad stay. Easy to contact the host.

Beautiful views from this property. It is probably a little generous to call it newly remodeled, but it met our needs. The beds sleep 14, not 18. If you have more than 9 people, request additional towels and wash cloths prior to arrival, because after check in is too late to get more that day.

It is a pleasant place to stay with a great view. It was just perfect for what we needed. I read the reviews on cleanliness and I think people were expecting brand new everything inside but it’s a typical beach home with older furniture and appliances but really all you need. I do wish there were more towels though but we managed since they left laundry detergent for us to use. If a sectional couch would have been present we would have used it :) also more chairs that are taller to go on the deck. We would stay again for sure.

Unfortunately, this condo is not newly remodeled. It showed a lot of wear and tear. The description states it sleeps 18, but it actually sleeps 14. There is not enough seating at the kitchen table or in the living room. The living room furniture and beds were all very uncomfortable to sit or lay on. The property lacked in basic kitchen supplies as well. No strainer, no spatula, no baking pan. Many shelves in refrigerator were broken and not replaced so the amount of space in the fridge to put food was insufficient. The view was great.

Sink in bathroom about 7" wide. VERY small.
Dirty walls, dings in drywall throughout home.
Dirty toilet brush; gross.

The view is fabulous!! The condo is an old motel. A lot of stairs! Sleeps 13 but only 4 forks! We had to buy plastic to feed us. Not 1 baking sheet or baking pan. Kitchen supplies limited but many plates and glasses. Beds were comfortable but no AC and not all rooms have windows that open. Some open but have to be propped open, so dangerous little if kids around. Walk to beach is short but really steep so it’s a workout but so worth it!!! Laundry facilities were awesome!! Family had a wonderful time!! thanks for the memories!!
