Very enjoyable stay , relaxing on a covered back deck or sitting in a epoch backyard around a campfire. Wooded setting had some wildlife on the property, with some ants finding a way inside the kitchen (only negative really). All in all good reviews of this property!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Herb's Hideaway. Located on a quiet street, it's a cute and cozy house with all the amenities. The real star of the property is the large and gorgeous backyard though. We saw a deer there our first day and enjoyed roasting marshmallows for smores in the fire pit. It's an ideal place for quiet and privacy.

Great stay

It was the best VRBO I have stayed iin that area. It was comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. I had everything I needed for the few days I was there. It was nice to have a king size bed. I would definitely stay there again when in the area!

Great Place to Unwind

Had a great stay at Herb’s Hideaway. The home is clean, has all the amenities you need and the backyard was beautiful and serene. Would absolutely stay again.

Very Nice Cabin, Perfect for Us.

Great cabin and grounds. Well stocked kitchen pans and utensils. Very comfortable. It would have been nice if the heat had been turned on to take the chill off the cabin. The Trip Manager link on vacasa.com is a joke...didn't work even one time when we wanted assistance. Regardless, we will try to stay at this place again.

Amazing Rental

Herbs getaway was such a wonderful place for our family of 4. The wrap around porch, beautiful yard and absolutely humongous trees in the back kept our boys entertained for our stay. We will definitely be back!!

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our time in this nice little house. It has a great fire pit in the back and is very clean. The king bed is extremely comfortable. The microwave did not work and we did have to buy our own toilet paper and there are no washer dryer amenities here other than that it was awesome!

Nice location could use a good cleaning service.

The house and location are nice. The cleaning fee is alittle high for the cleanliness of The place it was very dusty and there was hairs in the tub , a shoe insole under the couch, very dusty under the beds and behind the tables and couches. , I would higher some good cleaning services, especially if you are making the renters pay for a cleaning service. They do not receive.

Rockaway Beach Retreat

The property is very clean and tidy. Small kitchen but very functional and stocked with all necessary items to cook just about anything. Short walk to the beach and about a 30-minute casual walk to shops.

The landscape around the property was gorgeous. Kitchen was stocked with spices and dishes. Super nice and clean house.

Nice stay

Relaxing and enjoyable stay. The place looks exactly like the pics. Kitchen is well stocked and there are games to play. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Very nice stay over all. We saw two deer that ran through the backyard. There is a nice short hike at the nature reserve that you can walk or drive to. The beach is a short drive or about a 1/2 mile down the street. Stock up on food since most restaurants are closed right now due to COVID but we did have a nice lunch right on the water front at a place that had outdoor seating.

A home away from home

We had such a wonderful experience to get away for our Thanksgiving! The house had everything we needed! Plus saw deer the first night we got there.

Great place to stay. Perfect for a small size family.

Clean and fresh. The only thing is we couldn't quite figure out where the laudry room was if there was one at all.

We loved the cozy space overall - downright adorable! The backyard was also super wonderful and private. The proximity to the coast coupled with the fact it’s stocked with everything you could possibly need, made this stay so much better than going to a standard hotel.

It was very quiet and perfect for two!

Enjoyed the property. One of the couches was not in the greatest shape.. we didn’t sit on it for that reason. My husband was very disappointed when he opened the coffee container and it was full of sugar. Bed was very comfortable. The binder of things to do was very nice. Thank you! We would come back.

Lovely quiet home

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here! The house is in a very quiet area and provides privacy from neighbors. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Sitting on the back patio and watching the deer walk through the yard was amazing. The house was very clean, well stocked with soaps and towels (I would recommend adding a bath mat to the bathroom). I would definitely stay here again!
