Welcome to White Caps 402, a beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom condo on the 4th floor that sleeps up to eight guests.

The spacious living room offers plenty of seating, a flat screen TV, and floor to ceiling windows that lead out to a private balcony overlooking the Gulf, perfect for taking in the stunning views and fresh sea breeze.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a dining table, providing everything you need to enjoy meals together.

The primary bedroom features a queen bed, floor-to-ceiling windows opening to the balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower and tub combination. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two full size beds, offering ample space for family and friends.

White Caps 402 combines comfort, style, and convenience, making it the perfect setting for your next Orange Beach getaway.

White Caps provides a range of amenities for a delightful beach vacation experience. The complex is equipped with an outdoor pool for sunny day swims and an indoor pool for a more enclosed aquatic experience. The outdoor kiddie pool is a perfect spot for the little ones to splash and play safely. Guests looking to relax can enjoy the indoor hot tub, ideal for easing into a state of calm and relaxation. For those interested in staying active, the complex includes a tennis and pickleball court, providing a fun way to engage in sports. Guests can take advantage of the grilling area, perfect for outdoor dining and gatherings. The complex also features a boardwalk leading directly to the beach, with a rinse-off area for convenience after beach activities.

When we checked into the condo it was late. My daughter went to get in bed in the guest bedroom and when she pulled the bedding back, there was black dirt, a spider and sand in the sheets and we had to wash the bedding before she could go to bed. I also noticed that the kitchen table was dirty with crumbs and hadn’t been washed. We also had to lay out the rug on the balcony because it looked like it had been tossed onto the floor and was bunched up. The older security guard was really rude to guests. We watched him yell at and belittle a kid in the pool and made him take him to his parents who were at the beach. The kid was over the age of 12 and wasn’t being rambunctious. We also watched him tell someone they couldn’t listen to their music (it wasn’t loud or bothersome) and tell a dad and his son the couldn’t throw a ball in the pool because it was against the rules. I didn’t see any such rules posted. There weren’t very many people in the pool and they weren’t bothering anyone.On a positive note, the view from the balcony was nice. The condo was close to activities and it was easy to check in and out.

We recently stayed at White Caps Unit 402 and had a fantastic experience. The location is right in the heart of everything, yet still peaceful and relaxing.The first thing we noticed was how clean the room was—spotless, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It was very roomy and comfortably fit our family of five without ever feeling crowded.The balcony was a highlight, offering an amazing beach view and sitting perfectly in line with the beach access. We spent every morning and evening out there, enjoying the sunrise, sunset, and the sound of the ocean.The property felt extremely safe, with friendly security staff and visible 24/7 monitoring. One older guard was especially helpful, sharing local recommendations and stories about the area.There are multiple pools, both indoor and outdoor, all clean and well maintained. The indoor pool was perfect on rainy days, and the hot tub was great at night.Communication with the host was excellent—quick, helpful, and easy via text and email.Only minor note: some noise from the unit above later in the stay, but nothing that affected our trip.Overall, this was an amazing stay. We’ve already talked about coming back and staying in the same unit. Our first trip to Orange Beach exceeded expectations!
