We loved the location, the beach is right across the road an easy 5 min walk as well as the intercoastal water behind us. The kitchen was great and when we had one small problem, the owner was quick to respond and take care of it. Thank you John, we had a relaxing, enjoyable 5 weeks at your condo!

Had a great time!

Host communicated all of the check-in and out instructions. Plus, TV, wifi, etc. All very easy. Enjoyed it!

St. Augustine Stay

Property is somewhat dated but very clean. Pool was great. Ocean beach was a short walk. Location was close to everything we wanted to do.

Very nice

Everything was very clean and nice. The beach is absolutely beautiful, but there are a lot of stairs to get to the beach, which made it difficult when trying to bring things to the beach, but it also made for beautiful photos so it was a gift give situation manager answered all of my questions and phone calls when needed

Great Condo at the beach

Perfect for the Beach

A great Beach location, the Beach was uncrowded. A short drive to St Augustine. We also walked to the lagoon boat ramp in the Neighborhood to watch the Sunset, spotted some Dolphins there as well.

Crescent beach stay

Kitchen and living room very nice and new. Beds were nice and comfy. The pool if weather was warmer would have been awesome. Very nice cozy spot.

Thanksgiving vacation

This was our second stay at this property. Two years ago we stayed the month of November & this time a week. Lovely condo close to St. Augustine as well as Palm Coast. Love Crescent Beach & John is so helpful. Plan on coming back in the fall.

Comfortable Home Base for Touring Around St. Augustine

Nice, quiet location across the street from Crescent Beach, within 10 minutes of St. Augustine Beach, and 20 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. For boaters, there is a public ramp into the inland waterway almost on the property. John is a great host. We had a couple of minor issues which he took care of right away. The beds are comfortable, there is plenty of living space, and a well equipped kitchen. We had a great time in the area.

Great getaway

Room was way more than expected. Pool area was great. The walk to the beach was only 5 minutes. We will definitely be back.

This is a good property to stay. You need to cross the street to go to the beach but is not far. Place was clean the building is a little old but I saw some renovation going on

Great place to stay during bike week.

John has a very nice home. Our trip down was a last minute decision but thankfully this property was available. There was a perfect spot to safely park our trailer and we were able to park our bikes right in front of the condo. Everything worked out well.

Great location

A quite area that is close to the beach, restaurants and area attractions. The kitchen had many smaller appliances that came in handy especially when your there for a couple months. The only recommendations I would make is to have it deep cleaned and some new furniture. Overall, it’s a place we would come consider coming back to.

Good time in St. Augustine

It was a great experience, very close to town, very clean with all the stuff we needed. Got to practice my tennis skills with my brother, but did not get a chance for the pool, and it was a bit cold but not to cold for a deep in the ocean nearby. Thanks. FD.

Clean, comfortable, safe

The only shortfall was the cooking utensils. Fry pans were in need of upgrade. Plenty of dinner ware such as plates, silverware, glasses, cups, etc. Would rent again. Beach access was within easy walking distance and virtually private.

Weeklong visit

The property was really nice. The only thing holding back 5 stars across the board was the shower faucets. Its pretty picky on my part,but we all had issue because they seemed backwards. Otherwise we had a really great stay.

Perfect Spot!

John’s place was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The condo was super clean and very well stocked. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The public beach is about a three minute walk from the front door and isn’t super crowded, even on a Saturday. There is a long boardwalk over the dunes to get to the beach with about 100 stairs, so keep that in mind before you bring a giant cooler. It’s not a bad walk at all, but it’s also not the place to bring your big wagon. Haha. There is access to drive on the beach just down the road as well if that’s your thing. John was the best host. Super responsive and helpful. I truly can’t say enough good things about the stay. We definitely hope to be back next year!

Super clean and comfortable.

We drove in after dark which was not a good idea: the place kinda looked like scary low-income housing! But in the daylight we saw the well-manicured courtyards and how clean the place was kept.The condo itself was spotless, which is important to me. Not a bug! And that's tough to find in Florida! The furnishings and linens were above average in quality. We are used to traveling, so brought our own coffee and supplies, but there was a basket with coffee and such on the counter, which was very thoughtful. The washer and dryer were great. Wi-fi easy to use and access. It was only my husband, my early teen daughter and I, and that was just the right size. Another child would have been fine, but maybe a little tight for another adult. The beach access across from the unit is a ridiculously long hike up and down several flights of nice wooden stairs. After the first night visit to the beach via that route, we more easily drove our car and beach gear a mere 1/4 mile away to a public beach access with parking which has showers and bathrooms, a Kangaroo across the street and surf-shop and a café next door, and a short walk to the beach. It's a great beach! We ended up not using the pool, but it looked big and clean with adequate seating. We had no disturbances from any neighbors and could barely hear the highway from within the condo (the last unit near the road). I like the location of Crescent Beach as it has plenty of restaurants and options, but feels small and quaint. We enjoyed Viola's Restaurant most. St. Augustine is just 8-10 miles away, as is Walmart and everything else. John, the manager communicated well with us before we came and called to check on us while there. There is also a custom-made book with instructions and advice and recommendations in and for the condo. I'd go back again!

Just what we needed

It was just as advertised. Quite location but not far from places to go for the day. Even after a storm the property was already cleaned up with some repairs being done. Did not use the pool but it looked clean and well kept. The owner is easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.
