With two full living areas, two kitchens, a private pool, dockage, tiki huts, and abundant outdoor space, this home delivers comfort, privacy, and everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Whether relaxing under the tiki, cooling off in the pool, or heading out by boat, this is your perfect island retreat.

* The property is equipped with on-site security cameras that records both video and audio.- please note there are none in the pool area

*The boat lift is not available for guest use

*There are no interior steps connecting the top level to the ground level

*One boat or up to two jet skis may be docked during your stay. An additional boat is $200 per week or $75 per day, and an additional jet ski is $150 per week or $75 per day. A maximum of two boats or four jet skis is permitted.

*Please do not moor boats to the boat lift pylons. A maximum of five vehicles and ten overnight guests is allowed.

*Pool heat is available for $300 per week (plus tax) and $42.86 per additional day (plus tax). Requests must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Requests made within 24 hours of check-in or after arrival are subject to an additional $75 activation fee (plus tax) and no refunds will be issued if a specific temperature is not reached.

*3.9% Cancellation fee applies to ALL cancellations.

*Please note that a signed guest agreement is required prior to check-in. To facilitate this, we will need an email address to send the DocuSign document.

* We provide a complimentary starter pack of paper towel, toilet paper, dish & laundry detergent, dish soap, bar soap, trash bags & dish sponge.

*Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bedroom and bed descriptions thoroughly.

* This home may only be available from Saturday – Saturday during peak season.

*Seasonal Seaweed Notice: Like much of the Florida Keys, our canal can experience seaweed at certain times of the year. On the ocean side, this usually happens in summer/fall while gulf-side canals see it more in winter/spring. It’s a natural part of the area and may affect the canal during your stay.
