This spacious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom condo offers a comfortable retreat for families or groups who want room to relax and reconnect. The primary suite includes a private ensuite bathroom with a spa-inspired wet room featuring a stylish soaking tub and a large walk-in shower, perfect for unwinding after a full day at the beach. Both guest bedrooms have easy access to their own bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower. One bedroom features a queen bed and TV, while the other offers two twin beds, giving everyone their own space and privacy.

The open-concept living area is thoughtfully designed for downtime and together time, featuring a comfortable seating area for watching TV or catching up after a day out. The fully upgraded kitchen is a standout, with modern appliances, plenty of counter space, and all the tools you need to prepare family meals or host a casual gathering. A large dining table provides plenty of space for shared meals, board games, or planning the next day's adventures.

Step out onto the spacious private patio where you may spot local tortoises passing through. It's a peaceful place to enjoy morning coffee or wind down in the evening. The condo also includes free Wi-Fi and a full-size washer and dryer to make longer stays easy and convenient.

Please note that this community does not have a pool. That said, the beach and a wide variety of nearby activities are close by, giving you plenty of ways to enjoy your stay at Ocean View Villas 1A.

**A Note About The Neighboring Unit
Another unit in the complex is currently undergoing a renovation, so guests may experience some noise during daytime hours while work is in progress. As part of the project, a dumpster is temporarily placed at the dead end nearby and is visible from the property. Please take this into consideration when choosing to book.**

To ensure gear is ready for your first day, orders must be placed by 2:00 PM the day before your arrival. Orders placed after this cutoff cannot be guaranteed for next-day delivery, and same-day delivery is not available.
