Less than 500 feet from the beach from a private beach access, this pet-friendly upper-level duplex offers peek-a-boo ocean views, a private balcony, and a sunrise that makes it worth waking up early. A comfortable home base for couples or small families ready to trade the routine for salt air and bare feet.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit sleeps 4 comfortably. The primary bedroom has a king bed, dresser, access to balcony and ensuite bath with a tub/ shower combination. The guest room has two twin beds that can be converted to King and shares a full bath with a walk in shower just steps away. The living room is set up with a flat-screen smart TV with complimentary Hulu Live and Peacock, and the kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. A dining table with seating for four plus two counter barstools is the perfect spot for puzzles or dinner. In-unit washer and dryer and fast WiFi provide all the comforts of home. There is a sleeper sofa to accommodate a total of 6 guests.
Start your mornings with coffee on the balcony, taking in the salty air and listening to the waves hit the beach, then take the 90 second stroll to Amelia Island's sandy shoreline just moments away. A shared outdoor shower at the home makes cleanup a breeze. This unit also shares a fenced in side yard perfect for kids or pets. Although located in the quiet North End free from traffic and congestion, it is only 1 mile to Main Beach where surfing, volleyball, mini golf, a skate park, playground, lifeguards and restaurants await. The Fort Clinch State Park entrance is 1.5 miles away and a quick, less than 3.5 mile drive, will bring you to quaint Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach.

You can park in the driveway, parallel to the driveway, by the fence, in the grass in front of the house, or along the fence in the grass by the side yard. There is plenty of parking.
