The sewer odor you described is absolutely not the experience we want for our guests, especially when it prevents you from enjoying the hot tub and fire pit. We also sincerely apologize for the exposed nails near the bathroom. That is a safety concern and should never have been overlooked. We will address this right away to ensure its repaired properly.
