Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are very glad you enjoyed the location, but we are truly sorry that other aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. The sewer odor you described is absolutely not the experience we want for our guests, especially when it prevents you from enjoying the hot tub and fire pit. We take concerns like this very seriously and will have our maintenance team investigate immediately to identify and resolve the issue. We also sincerely apologize for the exposed nails near the bathroom. That is a safety concern and should never have been overlooked. We will address this right away to ensure its repaired properly. We are very sorry to hear about your new pants being damaged — we understand how frustrating that must have been. Your comments regarding cleanliness have also been shared with our housekeeping team for review and improvement. Please know that we keep staff on hand to happily assist with any cabin issues during your stay 24/7. We truly appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, as it helps us make necessary corrections. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to provide the five-star experience we aim to deliver. We encourage guests to book direct and save up to 15% on your booking!
