This home was wonderful, close to Parris Island, made travel to our daughter’s graduation easy. The neighbor hood was quiet and plenty of shade which helped in the late August heat. The driveway was large enough to fit 4 large vehicles, making parking convenient. Great communication and response time from the owner. This was just the house we needed to make our visit for our daughter’s graduation from the marine corps boot camp go smoothly.

The home had everything that was needed, and the owner responded immediately to anything and was always pleasant to speak with. The home was very clean. The fifth bedroom as stated is really a game room with a pullout type of sofa but our grandson was thrilled to have it and worked out so well for us.

This house was just as it was described. The only thing I would suggest would be to have a few more hand towels and dish rags in the kitchen. It would have made clean up easier but that is not a reason to dock a star. Overall it is a great place in a great location. If we ever come back to Beaufort we will stay again. Communication with Greg was very informative and quick to respond when question were needing answered. Thank you for letting us stay in your house. It was home away from home.

Thank you so much for your kind review and for your helpful feedback! I'm delighted to hear the home met your expectations and felt like a home away from home during your stay. I also appreciate your suggestion about adding more hand towels and dish rags to the kitchen. Feedback like yours helps us continue improving the guest experience, and we'll certainly take that into consideration. I'm glad you enjoyed the location and found my communication helpful and responsive throughout your stay. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we'd be honored to welcome you back the next time your travels bring you to Beaufort. Thanks again for choosing our home!

This house has everything you need and then some. My family and I had to come to Beaufort last minute for the funeral of a family member. I immediately searched for a rental for my family and came across this one. It has everything you need for a fun, family stay with plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. There was plenty to do for everyone from the arcade games, pool table and ping pong table, fire pit, indoor golf area, plenty of board games, kitchen with all you need to cook a great meal with the family, coffee maker plus a Keurig, and gas grill. I'm sure there are so many more amentities I'm failing to list because there are so many to offer. The host was amazing and quick to respond to all questions. My family hopes to return again and I highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.

This property is perfect for families or groups and is just as depicted in the listing. It was well appointed with four full bedrooms and a game room as well. Everything still looked recently renovated and was very clean. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating in all the common areas. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy family meals and the outdoor space and fire pit was perfect for smores and games in the evening. Our kids did not want to leave. We were within 20 minutes of the beautiful Huntington Island beaches and a short drive to the downtown area for activities, restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again. Greg and his wife are excellent hosts and made themselves available in the event we needed anything. This is an extremely well managed property. If you are in the Beaufort area, this is the property you will want to stay in.
